This was our second visit to Buckhead's. During our first visit I tried their fried chicken which was stellar for sure. I tried something similar to that on this occasion as I tried their Classic Chicken Sandwich. It came with a fried chicken breast (grilled is also available) lettuce, onion, tomato, and a sauce of your choice. I chose 911 sauce trying for some heat. The chicken was excellent and the 911 sauce had great flavour although I wouldn't consider it hot. I got a big ole baked potato as a side topped with butter and sour cream and was delicious. We also got pretzels with beer cheese for an appetizer which was excellent. The beer cheese was particularly flavourful. The restaurant is in a very picturesque spot down by the river and they've done a great job making the building look awesome. The service was outstanding as well. I love Buckhead's and highly recommend it.

Excellent portion sizes. Very good food. Restaurant was busy when we arrived, but the wait staff was minimally attentive even given the level of business. Food ordered but not received was on the initial bill, but they corrected it promptly.

My mixed drink was all coke, little bourbon. We asked for veggies on side for burger since splitting it with my husband, so they came in a separate bowl which was odd then forgot the bacon which was supposed to be on it and the cheese slice was on plate separate too. Very odd. The burger was cooked good and tasted good thankfully.

We had a little birthday party for our 40 year old son and his two young daughters. This was his first birthday since a recent divorce. The manager and staff set us up outside, as requested. Our waitress was very good. She provided us with everything we needed. The riverside environment was perfect, the food was great (even the kids menu had great selections) and the evening was topped off with a special ice cream and cake for our son. Thanks for providing a special celebration for us!
The food was mid at best, my fish was burnt to a crisp and the rice was old and mushy. Food came out fast but everything else took an eternity. The view and atmosphere were really good, but for the price, this really wasn’t a value.

The food and service were great. Our appetizers were out in less than 10 minutes and our salads out 5 minutes afterwards. The food was hot and delicious. We always enjoy the river view but the noise level makes it really hard to hold a conversation.

We had reservations but the place was still over half empty and we had to wait because they did not have enough servers to cover the half empty restaurant! We were pressed for time (that is why we had a reservation!) So we finally asked if we could eat in the bar which got us seated but the bar tenders were too busy to wait on us
