We just ordered online for delivery. They outsourced the delivery to DoorDash, who texted us that they hand delivered the pizza, but we never saw the driver or the pizza. We called the number of the driver that the DoorDash text provided, but it just rang through to voicemail. So we called the store to get a refund, waited on hold for 5 minutes, and then were told they could only give us a store credit and "didn't know how" to provide a refund back to the credit card. This is a lesson on how to permanently lose a customer.
EDIT: Update from later in the day. We called back to speak to the GM, who would allegedly know how to refund the card. The GM is apparently very busy and would like us to call back tomorrow morning when they arrive. Any time after 2pm.

The delivery drivers for this place are extremely dangerous. Seen one of their delivery drivers try and overtake a cyclist at a stop sign and came about an inch from hitting the cyclist because the deiver was in a hurry. Seen this same driver do this multiple times at the same spot to cyclist. One of these days their gonna kill a cyclist driving like that.

My first time back since the dining room opened. Good to be back ! I ordered the small one topping pizza with salad and drink. It was all great. Fresh salad, nicely done pizza and a cold drink. I always liked Donatos but couldn't dine there when it was drive through only. Would have given 5 stars but it was over 12 dollars. All in all it was a good visit.
Donatos is the greatest thin crust pizza on earth. Additionally they have amazing breadsticks but the star of the show is the spicy nacho cheese… tastes like pure 1990s!

I went to pick up food in Bellevue KY and they made me wait a long time then tried to give me the wrong food. Asking if I'll just take it messed up. Then they said I had to wait another 15 minutes to get the right pizza. So I just left. I'm an adult. ?
