I love Donatos and usually this store is great, but lately I’ve been getting later and later deliveries. Today I’m still waiting for an order that was supposed to be delivered an hour ago, and I can’t even get through to the store to inquire or even cancel the delivery. Definitely going to order from a different location next time.
Update: it finally came and they gave me two half-a$$ed chef salads that were completely wrong- and I paid extra for extra ingredients- so definitely a bummer… at least the pizza was right. Still can’t get through to the store 🤷🏼♀️

It was quiet, and service was fast. The pizza was very good with quality toppings. The sauce had a good flavor, which added to the experience. I'd definitely try it again.

Good typical Donatos pizza. Service spotty. Salads served with lid on for dine in service...can you at least remove the lid before delivering to table?

One of my favorite pizza places, if you like thin crispy Columbus style pizza this is the best franchise for it.
Morgan and Sandy are quite a amazing set of managers.They helped me out after uber eats had gotten the order wrong. Oh and the pizza was on point.
