Just ordered a calzone, ask for extra spinach. When I got it, there were maybe 4 pieces of spinach in the entire thing, light on sausage. And whoever put the spices over the top put excessive pepper will not buy again.

You call the phone number, get a computer voice assistant, ask to speak to a human, and the phone rings for a minute and hangs up. Customer service is the foundation of a restaurant and this is pathetic. I called three times in a row and this happened all three times.

I love Donatos and usually this store is great, but lately I’ve been getting later and later deliveries. Today I’m still waiting for an order that was supposed to be delivered an hour ago, and I can’t even get through to the store to inquire or even cancel the delivery. Definitely going to order from a different location next time.
Update: it finally came and they gave me two half-a$$ed chef salads that were completely wrong- and I paid extra for extra ingredients- so definitely a bummer… at least the pizza was right. Still can’t get through to the store 🤷🏼♀️

It was quiet, and service was fast. The pizza was very good with quality toppings. The sauce had a good flavor, which added to the experience. I'd definitely try it again.
