Still think Donatos is better than LaRosa's, which have gone down hill a bit. The ingredients at Donatos still cover your whole pizza. Store was clean, food was excellent and service was good.Wheelchair accessibility: Great parking for the elderly and disabled.

Waited over an hour for a delivery. Our address is only a 9 minutes drive from. It was delivered by door dash who definitely didn't keep it in an insulated bag. Food was lukewarm at best plus the order was wrong. Little Caesars in Covington does better.

I ordered online I ordered 4 of the buckeye cookies with my order when we went to pick up the order they said they were giving us chocolate chip cookies because they didn't have the other ones I didn't want chocolate chip cookies the only reason I ordered them was because it was unique and something I hadn't had before so I asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds they can only do instore credits! So I can spend money on something else I order that they don't have I think not then offered brownies... Not good business in my opinon when i can't get a refund for something they are selling that they don't have I took the brownies as I will not be ordering from them again!

They stay open pretty late on weekends so that's a plus. I doordash at this location a lot and every employee I've encountered has been friendly and attentive. I like that you can order online and your food is ready when they say it will be. They also have a drive thru so If you don't feel like getting out the car, you can ride through.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces close to the building

A couple of nights ago I called Donatos Bellevue to place a delivery order. I spoke to Donna. I was very impressed. She was as nice and friendly as could be and gave me the best customer service I've had in a VERY long time. She impressed me so much that I will only order from Donatos Bellevue from now on.
