$12 snow crab legs how could this ever be bad?!! They had a special for the month of Dec. I also got the crab stuff mushrooms. They were good. The reason I took a star away was for the lobster bisque. They had ran out and made a new batch. When doing so they left clumps of flour in it. Maybe rushing the process. Definitely white slimy blobs I assume it was flour… the waitress said it comes in a bag and just needs heated. Idk what the slime was it was awful and tasteless. Oooh they have a serving robot!! Cool! I will definitely give them another try

The price if expensive I paid 218$ more or less that I remember for everything you see in the pictures.We were 4 adults in total and 3 babies.I ordered 3 pounds crab leg - 2 pounds shrimp? - 1 pound of . 3 pounds crawfish But it looked to me like they didn't weigh the pounds it looked very little it was more potatoes and sausage and corn ?The place is beautiful. And very clean. The service is very good.

The good. It's on the river. We had great service. Gumbo was very good. Seafood dip was good. Shrimp was also good. The bad. Blackened grouper was average, corn was inedible, saffron rice was nothing special, hush puppies are small and over fried, lobster bisque was inedible. We had a good time hanging with family and didn't complain about our food at the time but we won't be back.

The view is nice. The food not so much. I don't think anyone enjoyed their food except for the coconut shrimp and we were 8 people. Staff is friendly and service is good though, when they weren't busy socializing.

I ate here as my birthday dinner it was amazing! I had the seafood boil with crab legs it was only about $20 it was the best I’ve had I will be back soon, also got this surprise drink for my birthday which was also AMAZING definitely ask for this drink if you go! Everyone else at the table had fish tacos which they LOVED new fav seafood restaurant, the server/bartenders name was Kira I believe and she was phenomenal!!

Was there with my boyfriend tonight for the first time. Although our server, Tyler, was amazing, we did not enjoy some of the food as much as we thought we would. We had the lobster bisque, oysters, and crab cakes for appetizer. The oyster and bisque were good, I loved how creamy the bisque was. The crab cake, though plated great, needed more sauce and was a little too dry. For our entrees, we had the mahi fish platter and our very own choice of southern boil. The rice that came with it was very dry and hard bits of rice made it unenjoyable. The flavor of the mahi was great though. The boil was pretty good overall. We spent $200 on the dinner and for that price point, I think it could have been a lot better. Crab cakes 7/10, oyster 10/10, lobster bisque 9/10, mahi 3/10, and seafood boil 8/10.

We had a family get together today and this was a nice and cozy place. The view of the river was really nice and the food was amazing! We had a party of 11 so it was a nice size group. Our waitress was really nice and kept things all together. She had a really great personality. It seemed that we had just about one of everything from the menu and it was all very good. We will definitely make our way back soon!

Love love love! I and my husband are raw oyster lover and we glad that we found a new spot for fresh oyster since our favorite Anchor restaurant closed in downtown couple years ago. Also love the crab crispy rice appetizer, it was phenomenal! Love the atmosphere in Enson Harbor because there is a lot to see in this beautiful place! Our bartender/server was super nice and friendly. Over all experience from my two visits were excellent and we will sure be back for more of these tasty food!

I don’t like seafood…But I love good food! These chicken tenders are better than your average tender. One of the best I’ve had. Same goes for the gumbo. I’m basically a resident of New Orleans from all the time I’ve spent there so I know my gumbo!This place is brand new. Be patient to the staff! It takes a while to get the staff crankin!
This spot always delivers. They have fantastic food for reasonable prices, there are no long waits even when they are loaded.

We waited over an hour to get seated. Finally sat down and waited another 15 for drinks, had to order appetizer drinks and main course all at the same time because it was taking way to long for anything. Finally got our meal after another 45-50 minutes. They completely forgot my son's food, (didnt cook it) my dad and daughter were served inedible chicken sandwiches, I had requested garlic instead of old bay, every inch of my steam pot was covered in old bay.

Great atmosphere. Waitress was attentive. Hanging out with our friends was great. Unfortunately the food was below par tonight. Our sampler appetizer, the crab dip was great, the spicy bites were great (can't remember what they are called),but the calamari was over cooked and chewy. On my entree, the fish was just ok, the stuffed shrimp were a little over cooked, but tasty, and the fried clams were very over cooked and were very chewy. Almost couldn't eat them they were so bad. Everything else was good, but the food fell short tonight.

First time ever there and wanted to go for my birthday , the waitress was very very kind, friendly, and went out of her way for us. We went at a little past 11 there was only at the time we came in and ordered 2 other tables there took about 40 mins to get our food, the fries were cold stuck together just wasn't very tasty, the steak in the feast tasted more like a pot roast tough and chewy hard to cut. I thank the waitress she made our visit much more pleasurable. Don't think the visit will be returned for the price it cost.

I hate to say this but I am never going back to Joe's Crab Shack. I have gone there forever but I'm done. All food was cold and when I received my steamed bucket of crab, there was no steam to be found. The potatoes and corn were in the bucket but cold. Used to love this place but it truly sucks now. I wouldn't even have given one star but had to for review to be posted.
