Had the worst experience shopping tonight. Your Google Hours shows as posted below. I went in to get literally cat food and toilet paper. There were a TON of people still here shopping that I had seen and a rude lady came up and asked me why I was there shopping. It was 9:57pm when I walked in. The doors OPENED for me so I figured I was fine. All I grabbed was cat food, the toilet paper and a drink and walked towards the front when the lady came and shook her head at me and snapped at me asking if I knew the store was closed. Obviously from the many people there, I did not know. She had me abandon my basket and forced me to leave while shaking her head at me and pushing the cart away from me. I will literally never be back here again. Carothers Kroger will always be better than this one and worth the extra 5 minutes. Shame on you.

I will never be back to this Kroger. Absolutely terrible customer service. Hours on the website say they are open until 11. Randomly now they close at ten today. I get there and only need a couple items so hurry to get my things and after getting just one item am asked to leave the store and go check out. I told the person I needed one more item and it would take me just two seconds to get. They said I could not and that I had to leave the store immediately as they are closed now. Never in my life have I been to a store that forced customers out of the store after close ( and I was there at normal hours they just happened to be closed without updated their site) this is the most frustrating experienced I have ever had. HAVE A SENSE OF COMMUNITY THERE IS A FREAKING SNOW STORM AND THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I COULD GET GROCERIES !!!!!! How about instead of telling me to leave help me get my last item. Be a solution not a problem. I will never spend my money at this Kroger ever again. This is shameful and I am hurt and just simply disgusted.

I ordered delivery today as a way to control my impulse spending and because I don't love shopping anyway. All of my items were available (hasn't been the case in the past) and my delivery driver (a Kroger employee) was outstanding. He was early, which was fine, and the dispatch center tried to call me to ask me if that was OK. I missed that call, but the driver called stating he was here. He followed my instructions about where to park and was so friendly and kind. He even offered to help me carry my items inside! I like shopping this store for basic, quick items. It's not big, but the cashiers are usually friendly and it's a quick in and out. And I can almost always find what I need. It's not a Marketplace and if you're looking for unique items, it may not be your best bet - for the staples, you'll be fine.

The pharmacy charges over 40% more than others in the area. Pay attention to what you pay and look at goodRX if it seems high. Meijer automatically applies the best price. Kroger just wants to take as much of your money as possible. I will never EVER be back for prescriptions here.

Never have any kind of problems here.. always stocked, enough employees to be assisted if needed, fresh food always, prices great, .. nice for smaller size..better than Walmart grocery shopping

This is one of the best Krogers in the Cincinnati area. I would consider it a flagship store. It is a Kroger Marketplace and therefore has a large grocery, deli, bakery and produce area as well as to go food options like pizza and bbq, it also has a Starbucks and great Murrays cheese and olive selection. They also have a large home goods area with clothing, decorations and furniture. I hold every Kroger I visit that is a marketplace to the standard set in Newport and I have yet to come across one that compares not only in selection, but also freshness, cleanliness, appearance and accessibility.
They do not enforce the mask mandate. Do not let your elderly or immunocompromised loved ones shop here. Despite constant overhead reminders of their mask policy there are always tons of morons not wearing a mask in the store. Meijer is doing a much better job.

Well, this is the ninth time at checkout that an item which was on sale rings up at full price. This is by design, it's not that someone has forgot to adjust the price in the computer. Please stop being such thieves! I have relatives at Corporate, I'm definitely reporting Bellevue Kroger as practicing deceptive sales techniques... perhaps when they start firing and demoting managers, they'll start acting ethically!!
