Took my son to grab a bite before he went into work. He ended up having to call his job and tell them he was going to be late. I Waited 25 minutes for a frappe and the whole bottom of it was a big huge chunk of ice. This is 2nd time. I got one last night that was the same way when I picked him up from work.

None of the staff seem to know what's going on. We had to wait 20 plus mins for them to fix our messed up order and it took them an additional 20 mins to get us the missing McChicken we ordered. Every single table in the dining room was dirty so there was no where to sit. Several staff members just walking around doing nothing. Complete chaos.

This Macdonald's has went down in customer service big time. Hire a manager who cares. Don't forget customers paid salaries upkeep. I was taught in the Hospitality industry the guest pay your salary. Same principle applies in the restaurant business. No customers no food sales. Quater pounder had been sitting dry and did not order bacon on my quater pounder. I ask for another quarter pounder cooked to order, got a quarter pounder loaded with salt. I ask for my money back. Will not return to the Bellevue Macdonald....

Again, was given a sugar drink when I order & paid for sugar-free. I went back & asked for what I paid for & took the original drink with me. I was told they cannot do anything; If I wanted the drink I ordered & paid for I’d have to take off work during the day & talk with the manager, Kim. Finally, after explaining to them how ridiculous that sounded, they gave me a spoiled unsweetened tea. I asked for a drink that was not spoiled. They said I had to come back during the day & take off work like they told me before & talked to the manager, Kim, to get the drink I paid for. I sent a letter to multiple execs at McDonalds Corp. We’ll see if they care if diabetic customers who order unsweetened drinks are harassed when returning sugar-laden drinks & refused a sugar-free replacement they paid for without going through ridiculous amount of red-tape & harassment for a drink. What a waste.

Never fails when you go the drive-through will have you "pull forward " to a spot. Nothing fast about it. How is it that with all the accommodations to make everything faster we're making everything slower?
This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. With a long line at the drive thru I figured the food would at least be warm. No such luck! Fries were literally cold! And the big mac was cold with a crunchy bun. Gross as hell.

Those fries cost too much... for them to be cold and for you to put a smedium, in my large fry box.. when my food came from the grill....i didn't feel like driving back.. not sure if I'll be back.
