Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Work avoidance by saying their system is down. Ordered on the app, got to the line and was ignored. Then pulled around to the window to get avoided again. Knocked on the window to get someones attention, just for them to say their system is down. Then they said the order will be 20 more minutes, that they are working on it. How do they know my order to work on it if the system is down? We canceled the order as they clearly were not there to work. They were rude, laughing, and we were worried they would have done something to the food. Unbelievable how bad this restaurant has become.

The worst customer service Ive in a long time. Dont put the worst employee you have on the drive thru. Terrible. Instead of asking me what sauce I wanted with my nuggets he charged me for sauces when I asked for them. Zero care for the job. Zero care for customer service. Definitely the wrong person to have as your connection to the customer. Major management mistake.

Need to remove the drive thru all together. Just make it a dine in restaurant. Absolutely nothing fast about this place. You could go through the drive thru and ask for a cup of air and they would ask you to pull up and wait.
They're always pretty nice here but the past 2 or 3 times I've been in before 11 to get a frappe and am told that the machine is being 'cleaned' I'm sorry but peak hours is not the time to do that..It makes me think they just don't feel like making them, probably won't be back for awhile
