Well ill start off by saying that when me and my boyfriend walked in he went straight to the bathroom where he saw an employee wiping blood off the crook of his arm and putting a syringe away in his backpack, then watched him come out of the bathroom and go to work behind the counter...so he had to get high before going to work i guess?? Then i ordered a mcchicken and it took maybe a good 20 mins to get one even though they werent that busy. Everybody was joking around and laughing around in the back but couldnt tend to anyone, there was maybe 3 ppl including myself at the counter and it took 25 for them to even acknowledge us

Literally just sat in line for 30 minutes after ordering at the speaker to be cussed out and told to get back in line again by the manager because they couldn’t find our order that they had just placed. Do NOT go there! The employees smelled and cussed at us and are lying dirty narcissistic thieves! Time of day 11 pm on 3/3/2024

I just went to a Big Mac and simple chicken sandwich at 5:40pm on Wednesday. They said pull up. Cars were waiting in spots everywhere. Cars behind me going around and almost hitting me. I left after 5 mins. I had mobile order ready for pickup. So pathetic. Customer service no help. Have to wait on owner to refund me for food I didn't get in future. Horrible experience. I got no food or refund!!! Store phone # is busy or not working

Morning/Day shift crew is always so friendly and on top of their game with making sure everything is correct, no items ever missing, and all utensils/napkins in there and they’re always so quick! Absolutely love the people in drive thru, so kind. Couldn’t ask for a better fast food experience. ?

I went through drive in. This was like 4:15 p.m. I ordered 1 big Mac, 1 happy meal cheese buger with fries and apple juice.,1 spicy dlx mcCrispy, 1 med fries,1 small fries no salt. I had to pull up till my order was ready. I sat and waited while 5 cars got these. After another wait of 15 minutes they came out. Got home in about 10 minutes. All the food I got was cold and nasty. Plus still didn't get receive the 10 piece nugs I ordered or my granddaughters small fries. This is worse service I've ever gotten. Don't think I'll ever buy from another McDonald's
Got the spicy mccrispy chicken sandwich and it was very good. The sauce was a little too spicy but still good. This was my first time having this sandwich.

Putting a medium fry in a large container does not make it a large fry suddenly

Trash location. It’s either they’re doing maintenance at night every single time when they’re supposed to be 24 hours or they forget food during the day. Trash workers. The manager is also not so nice and had me waiting 25 mins for an order I placed inside. Not worth the hassle. They need to fire everyone and get new workers.

DO NOT COME HERE ⚠️⚠️⚠️Everything was fresh when we received the order, however my husband went back in to order two pieces of cheese for our sandwiches and waited almost thirty minutes. I'm not sure what's so hard about putting two pieces of cheese in a to go box, hell I don't care if they just gave him the cheese. Don't even need a box. It was ridiculous.
