Music way too loud, occasionally my wife and I stop in this location in the morning on weekends and the music is turned up so loud that we can’t even sit and have a conversation while we enjoy our coffee.

Zero stars from me for this Starbucks. Employees are too lazy to make Frapaccinos and the manager or owner of the store doesn't know how to order enough stock of ingredients.

At times, the drive through is unimaginably slow. Like 5 minutes per customer. And you’re physically stuck in the line and can’t escape.

Used to be an amazing Starbucks, but they must have new management as this place has become terrible. Be prepared to wait 15-20min for a drink- like today, and they are often out of essentials. Go to the Ft.Thomas Starbucks for better everything- even despite not having a drive through.

Today on Christmas morning I utilized my Starbucks app to locate the nearest store that offered mobile pickup, anticipating a congested drive-thru line. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find a note on the door indicating that all orders, including mobile pickup, were only available through the drive-thru. The drive-thru line was excessively long, with at least 50 vehicles occupying nearby parking lots. After reading the sign, I felt shocked and disappointed. Several other customers experienced the same situation, approaching the door to collect their mobile orders only to leave feeling frustrated. I empathize with the staff's reluctance to work on Christmas Day, but this location's approach seemed retaliatory. If they were unable to accommodate mobile and walk-in orders, the manager should have disabled this feature on the app. Alternatively, they could have allowed customers to enter the store briefly to collect their orders, thereby minimizing disruptions. Following my phone call to the store, I was met with a dismissive attitude from a staff member, who simply instructed me to join the drive-thru line. I was taken aback by this response, which seemed to convey a sense of inconvenience at my presence.

Absolutely worst coffee shop in town. Which is to be expected. Me earlier: 'Hey can I have a large coffee with Carmel, cream, and sugar?'
Gets handed some plain ass 'dark roast' coffee. Cool man. I appreciate wasting my money. Must be a super hard job. Especially when I was the only customer. Crazy.
The male barista did not follow the company recipe when preparing my drink. It was clearly made incorrectly, yet he had the audacity to insist that it was supposed to taste that way.

It's clean. Cant make a French vanilla cappuccino. Cant make the chai latte correctly. It took 15-20 minutes to get these drinks out wrong for $17 I also got a yogurt parfait...$5 for yogurt and $12 for coffee is insane. Especially when it's done poorly
