Every single time I go inside to order here I stand at the register for at least 2 minutes while 5 workers glance at me without greeting or saying a word. It’s a standard in the service industry to first greet your customer, but they just ignore your presence. Very frustrating how long it takes for someone to take your order when going inside when there is literally never a line, especially with the amount of workers they always have on shift.

A steadily busy location. Imo, although friendly.. the staff should work on greeting patrons who enter the establishment. It makes people feel seen, & welcomed & spare additional time when they see employees who are busy helping 20 others. I just believe that's part of great customer service. All in all, everything was good & quite relaxing for us. Located in Bellevue Kentucky, there's a scenic view of Cincy Nation, like, the Ohio River, the Reds Stadium, Montgomery Inn Boat House, Mount Adams, the Big Mac Bridge & almost the entire Cincinnati Ohio skyline. There's a drive-thru, 2 entrances/exits, it's wheelchair accessible & you can eat inside, outside, or on the go. Located off the 1st exit crossing into Ky off the Big Mac bridge 471 S Newport/Bellevue exit & the last exit before the Big Mac bridge 481 N leaving Newport/Bellevue Ky to Cincinnati Ohio

Screwed up one of our drinks, so we had to swing around and go inside. Nice staff but defeats the convenience of the drive thru if you have to go inside to get drink fixed. In the end drinks were good.

I order on doordash during the week at work and whoever makes the drinks always makes them exactly right. It also makes my day they put just for you and smiley faces. Love the positive energy. Yall are awesome thank you it really is the little things that brightens someone's day.

I ordered inside and stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my drink to be made. While 12 to go orders were fulfilled before mine. I was the ONLY person in the lobby waiting for a drink. You really should serve those INSIDE before tending to 12 to go drinks.

Great place to study or do some work. However, I'm very disappointed with the guy at the counter. He added $2 tip himself to my purchase and didn't even ask or mention it... I'm a little shocked this is allowed at Starbucks.
