Taco Bell has really, really gone downhill in terms of value, service and quality. Corporate greed at its finest. Average price for a meal is now $15. Food is sub par, they often are out of main menu items, close down their drive through for 10 to 15 minutes to fill door dash deliveries and wait times are excessive. Burrito Supreme’s are literally half the size they were 20 years ago. This is only good if you are starving to death and there are no cars ahead of you in the drive through. I used to buy Taco Bell 2 or 3 times a week, now I only stop there 2 or 3 times a year and that is because there are only 2 late night options, Wendy’s and Taco Bell. Both of them suck!

Most disgusting bathrooms in the food service industry. The food is usually good but I definitely question how sanitary it is if the employees are using the bathroom. I would send a picture but it way too disgusting.

I would have given a zero if it was an option. Literally placed the order 14 min before I came and waited at the speaker for 20 min before they told me to stop talking to the speaker and the I aggressively pulled up. I said “respectfully would I ask for a refund” and they responded everyone has been waiting as long as you. NO THEY HAVENT. I know this because I told everyone in the drive through to leave and over half did. THEY DID ALL DOORDASHES FIRST. Also they were slower with all of our mobile orders (3) than everyone else’s. The orders were wrong and NOT supreme. Again we already paid all of this online and they were rude to us. This was also at 12 am so none of us were in great mode. They should have communicated better and not IGNORE us 👎 👎👎👎👎

If I could leave a zero star, I would this place is the worst Taco Bell in the United States of America and maybe the world we literally were the only people in the Taco Bell and they gave us the wrong order. And on top of this we waited around 20 minutes. This place needs to close.

Just built the taco bell, you would think that they would hire competent workers. Instead, they hire a bunch of kids that sit on their phones and are constantly messing up orders!!

The food tasted great, but it also made me (an otherwise healthy adult) violently ill. I had to be hospitalized from how much fluid I was losing over the course of 7 hours. I don't want anyone else to experience that. Perhaps a health inspection is due?

Was given a reg soda instead of diet. I’m diabetic and can’t afford to have this happen to me. My blood sugar immediately shot up and I almost entered DKA. Unbelievable.
