Their ordering & seat finding system and lack of service was confusing. Food was okay, but for double the price of better food elsewhere. We sat outside swarmed by gnats. My burrito had 1/4 the ingredients, but was 1/2 the size of one at Qdoba, etc. Quite unimpressed. Paid $53 for a simple lunch for 3 people with no drinks.

We came to Tulum without realizing my dad couldn’t eat anything on the menu with his dietary restrictions. When we told the staff, they worked with us to accommodate him. They definitely didn’t have to do that, so we are beyond appreciative. The food was amazing and the ambiance was outstanding! I would go back in a heartbeat!
