Stopped in 6-23-2025 for a quick meal while getting our vehicle serviced. Was in awe at the sticker shock of the prices for everything. For fast food it was super expensive.
Placed our order and it came pretty quick. Roast beef sandwich was not hot it was warm at best. Place was quiet for most part and fairly clean.
Was just about finished eating when I noticed one of the female employees decided to undo her hair behind counter and shake it out. She retied it up and never wiped the anything down and I am sure hair follicles would have fallen all over. Of course there was no hair nets being worn. Noticed the male employee wore gloves while he fixed food. It was also the same gloves that he used to play on his phone, go out and have a smoke with as well as just wear to do anything without no change of gloves.
So what I saw was the cross contamination or proper hygienic habits are not practiced here at this Arby. I guess that's why the place was empty. If this is what I saw while I was here I wonder how bad it is when customers are not around.
Does not matter as we won't return to this location ever.

This location is connected to a gas station. The food is good and got and it's clean inside. If any complaints, I would say they're a bit slow. But your food is fresh so it's a give and take. I'll take that....
