Most unfresh meal I have ever tasted from them, I love Arby's, but this one was bad.

This location is connected to a gas station. The food is good and got and it's clean inside. If any complaints, I would say they're a bit slow. But your food is fresh so it's a give and take. I'll take that....

Pulled up to drive thru 11 mins before closing and they never would wait on us, pulled to window still no service, called inside still nothing! While 3 employees were right inside acting like they never seen us!

Ordered online and picked up in store. They handed me a bag and none of my drinks. I told the lady at the window that I was missing my drinks and she huffed and asked what I had...she just seemed super ticked that I had ordered there. I was polite and thanked her and headed on my way with my food. Then we we got home we realized that my wife's jalapeño poppers were burned and gross looking. This is completely unacceptable. The attitude was bad enough, on top of the fact that I ordered the food myself online so all they had to do was read what I already gave them and they can't be bothered, but the worst of it is giving people food that looks like this. This just shows that they don't even care or try anymore.
