A little above average for a casino as far as gambling goes. Table games limits are a little high for the beginners and moderate player. As for food the restaurant is outstanding and so is the small sandwich shop which offers burgers and the usual menu. We had the blackened salmon with choice of 2 sides. All very good and at an affordable price.
The quintessential “Lake City Fish Restaurant.”All orders come with white beans, cole slaw, and green onion. We had the fried catfish. Very tasty. Even though they were short of staff, I’ve never seen two waitresses work so hard. We were never in need of extra drinks or anything. Our waitress was fantastic. She said she had just agreed to help out, and was now working full time.My only disappointment was that I had read from another user that their tartar sauce was excellent....
We are from Florida and traveling on vacation. We wanted a local place to eat that served fish. Catfish Kitchen Restaurant popped up on Google Maps. We are so happy it did. The staff was super friendly and the food delicious. You are served hushpuppies and white beans right away. I'm from southern Louisiana and those were the best white beans I have ever eaten. I ordered the catfish, baked potato, and creamy coleslaw. The fish and potato were piping hot and the slaw yummy....
