I’m not sure who took my order tonight but he was young, tall, dark curly hair and glasses. He was so so so kind and sweet. I never leave reviews but the kindness was amazing and someone definitely deserves a raise. He was awesome and everyone in service industry should take after him.

I ordered 4 cones. The ice cream was mush. Paid over 20 dollars and it all melted before I got a block away on the kids. Don't serve it if it isn't ready. I wasted over 20 dollars and had a huge mess in my van!!!!

Service was slow. Stood at the counter for a good 4 minutes before being acknowledged. Several staff and a manager walked by and said nothing. Food was fine and ice cream was fine.. seemed like the staff didnt want to be there and wasnt in a hurry to serve the lobby area. Drive through was busy but that doesnt mean neglect your lobby

Love love love the strawberry cheesecake royal blizzard!!! And I got my man to start eating Reese's blizzard with peanut butter core and he's in love with them!!! They aren't stingy with the toppings like other DQ's and they are always so nice and friendly when I come through. Even when they're super busy, they are still very calm and get your orders right. AND they give free pup cups and Sonic makes you buy them!!! So me AND my furry baby's prefer them over Sonic every day of the week!! Mocha helps himself to the whipped cream on my milkshakes the whole ride home and he says it's FIVE STARS!!! Writing this made me want a strawberry cheesecake royal blizzard darn it!!! Lol. May just have to order me one and have it door dashed!!! ☺️

I used to love eating here however here recently I've noticed soggy bread in my chicken basket and my fries are never fresh. I've tried different times of the day to see if maybe that would help but unfortunately I just can't get hot freshly made food here. The staff are always nice and fast however the food just not what it used to be

Went in late on a Saturday night for ice cream. The treats were perfect as usual but the star of the show was Phillip the asst manager. He was super friendly and professional. Best experience ever at a fast food establishment.

Everyone here during the day shift it's always good but shift change , I would not eat after dark there
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a new large dipped strawberry cheesecake and a new mixing bowl. However, there was hardly anything in our ice creams. This isn't the first time we've experienced this issue; in the past, the ice cream has been pink and brown in color and didn't taste like vanilla.
The Benton Dairy Queen has really went downhill since the Jezik family left. I have tried multiple times to get a blizzard on different days for a year and they are NEVER mixed up. I went to the Murray Dairy Queen and they gave me the best blizzard I’ve had in years. It’s a shame that I paid over SEVEN dollars for a blizzard twice this week and it had FOUR pieces of cookie dough in it BOTH times. I keep trying to give them a chance and keep getting let down time and time again. I’m sorry to be negative. I want to support our local Dairy Queen, but I cannot keep paying for the poor service.
