Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a regular cheese curd, regular fry, large drink and mini blizzard. Fries were hot and tasted great, cheese curds were cooked perfectly (so many DQs over fry them until they looked burnt), the mint ore blizzard is ten times better than a shamrock mcflurry. Staff was friendly and worked quickly. Store was very clean. Will definitely be back.

Ordered 4 blizzards and a 6pk of ice cream sandwiches for delivery. It arrives with no sandwiches so I call and they tell me I have to come get them or get a refund. Put my blizzard in the freezer and go get them. They offer nothing in return. Get home to my blizzard to find out it doesn't have cheesecake bites that I paid extra for and the choco brownie extreme had no brownies. Very disappointed in the service and the way it was handled.

Come here a few times a week and get the same thing which is a lg vanilla shake and a sm ch shake. Today Im not sure what happen but our shakes were not shakes at all but more like milk with a lil bit of ice cream. They were so watery like they had been sitting out for hours.

I just got two sausage biscuits about 30 minutes ago. The sausage isn't fit to eat. I believe it was cooked yesterday or the day before and reheated today. It didn't chew right at all. So when did yall change sausage? That stuff is nasty compared to what youins used to serve. All it needs it to be cubed like cubed steak and you will have mcdonalds and hardee's sausage. I wont ever buy any more biscuits at dq. That fake nasty butter you put on the biscuits is raunchy as well. It leaves a film in my mouth. P.S. if the chicken strips get any smaller you will have to call them nuggets... its sad your just like every other restaurant chain. You raised prices and gave us the covid shrinkflation sized food. I used to come anyway because I liked the food. Now the food is gross so ill eat somewhere else.

Waited 15mins to order, ended up having to pull forward to even get someone to take an order and pulled fwd for another 20 min wait. No cars in front or behind. Looks under staffed, unfortunately this is a frequent situation here.

We got to the Dairy Queen at 9:35 PM and the woman told us that the lobby was closed but we were welcome to go through the drive thru. So we got in the car and then no one would wait on us when we got to the speaker. When we pulled up to the window there was not a soul around. Rude.

Went after work waited on the side for 15 minutes. Finally went to see what the hold up was. My sundae was melted and the food was sitting under a warmer. No sense of urgency. Asked for the manager. I had time to pull my car around and wait another 5 minutes because they didn't want to get her off her smoke break.

Got a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard which is supposed to have chocolate ice cream the ice cream was practically just vanilla there was so little chocolate in it I will say the chicken tenders were bigger than they usually are at most DQs

I just left there. Very disappointed!! Not a friendly place! The girl behind the counter was very rude !! Not going back.

everyone is always so nice!! we choose this dairy queen even though it's a bit farther specifically because we love all the staff. they always have a smile and they are always patient no matter how busy it is.
