Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Waited 15mins to order, ended up having to pull forward to even get someone to take an order and pulled fwd for another 20 min wait. No cars in front or behind. Looks under staffed, unfortunately this is a frequent situation here.

We got to the Dairy Queen at 9:35 PM and the woman told us that the lobby was closed but we were welcome to go through the drive thru. So we got in the car and then no one would wait on us when we got to the speaker. When we pulled up to the window there was not a soul around. Rude.

Went after work waited on the side for 15 minutes. Finally went to see what the hold up was. My sundae was melted and the food was sitting under a warmer. No sense of urgency. Asked for the manager. I had time to pull my car around and wait another 5 minutes because they didn't want to get her off her smoke break.

Paid extra For honey barbecue chicken basket and only got regular chicken. The tea is too sour and they almost forgot our salad.

Never open when they say they are sat in the drive through for 5 min after 10 just for someone to come out and yell at us that they arent open

Got a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard which is supposed to have chocolate ice cream the ice cream was practically just vanilla there was so little chocolate in it I will say the chicken tenders were bigger than they usually are at most DQs

I just left there. Very disappointed!! Not a friendly place! The girl behind the counter was very rude !! Not going back.

everyone is always so nice!! we choose this dairy queen even though it's a bit farther specifically because we love all the staff. they always have a smile and they are always patient no matter how busy it is.

On my way home I wanted to grab a quick bite of food. Ordered a glazed chicken strip basket for carry out and nothing like the posted picture on menu. The fries were cool the chicken was Luke warm and waiting at the counter while the 2 girls talked about their drama issues and finally realized that I was standing there for 3 or 4 minutes finally come out of drama talking i did get to order the meal that ended up in the dog's bowl I was disappointed in the service. Just being honest.
