Ordered double quarter pounder ketchup/cheese only was told pull to 3rd window waited 10 mins worker asked what i was waiting for told here she brought order out I was on i69 when I opened it . Had mustard pickles onion ketchup on it call store got same old excuse We are short handed ,bring it back or give a name and stop in later not an option when from out of town supposed manager didn't seem to really care

24 minutes from order placed to food received for them to get me some soggy fries and an unloved McDouble. Workers were in arguments and the music in the store was bad. I would rather just throw $15 in the trash and eat a ham sandwich.

Employees do not want to be there. And it shows. My sister and I overheard an employee from the other drive thru line and he was so rude to the customer we both commented on it. My turn to order and the girl sighed and acted annoyed when I added cookies to my order because they would have to make more. I felt bad so I had her take them off. Should have had them made because we waited in the line 20 minutes and they would have been ready by the time we got up there. Only saving grace was that the food wasn’t horrible - most of it was decent besides the burgers. I don’t expect 5 star service but these kids don’t even know how to be polite.

I ordered 6 McChickens, in addition to some other items. I requested that the McChickens were made plain with only pickles. Unfortunately, when I received my food, the McChickens had lettuce, mayonnaise, and pickles on them. I came back through the drive-thru, explained the situation, and was asked to pull forward. They remade my food, and a manager named Jamie gave me the second, "corrected" order. I checked the food again, and found that the McChickens were once again covered in lettuce and mayonnaise, in addition to the pickles. I finally went inside, and Jamie immediately came to assist me. He returned to the kitchen where he instructed his staff, applying corrective action where necessary and remaking the 6 McChickens himself. Finally, he gave me a refund for the inconvenience I experienced. I must say that I was INCREDIBLY impressed with his kind, understanding, and candid attitude. Jamie ensured I had a wonderful experience, despite the mistakes with my order. I absolutely will be returning to this establishment with the knowledge that the quality and reliability I have come to expect from McDonald's will be fulfilled by the manager, Jamie. For reference, this incident occurred on Friday, July 26, 2024 around 7:00pm.
Jamie, if you're reading this, THANK YOU! I hope to see more people like you in the service industry. I know customers can be rude and unpredictable, but I greatly appreciate your dedication to customer service. You're amazing!
