Fish sandwich was not good. Fish pattie was hard and dry. Bun was toasted so long it was almost black and was hard. We actually stop occasionally at McDonalds because we like the soft and tender fish and the soft warmed bun. Wow, all you could taste was the almost burnt bun. Yuk! French fry order was less than full and they were cold and limp. Ended up throwing half of them away. Double cheeseburger was thrown together. One pattie was almost off bun and it was stiff like it has been cooked a long time before. Everything looked like and tasted like it had been setting around a while. Fries had that old grease taste. Surprisingly, we were asked to pull into a wait sport and had to wait for awhile for old tasting food. Didn't understand that. Wow! Worst meal I've had at a fast food place. I guess we'll be stopping at Cedar Hill Grocery from now on for our burgers on the go. Theirs are always tasty, fresh cooked and delicious. Don't mind stopping and going inside to get a fresh and tasty burger. My advice is don't depend on McDonalds in Draffenville Ky for freshly cooked food or for fast food.

Draffenville Ky location has gone downhill! The drink station was a hot mess and the table was sticky. They had plenty of help talking among themselves. We were the only ones in dinning room as well. Food was normal for McDonald's.

To use bad language in a setting where child frequently visit. To offer ice to the child without parents permission for you being asked by parent to not inappropriate language. Then to go and communicate with your coworkers within hearing range of your customers that you talk about. Some level of professionalism should be required in the customer service industry. No wonder this is the first time I have ever taken my child to McDonald's and she is 4.

Whenever I'm out and about, this is my favorite McDonald's restaurant to go to in West Kentucky for coffee; the restrooms are clean, the employees are professional: especially the one that was there today, I commend him for his professionalism, he was quick to ask about my order and to bring it to me! Highly recommend this place!

Wrong orders, cold food, and slow service. Told two different people my order, waited nearly 15mins and my food was still wrong. Used to come often but I won't be back.
I was just here at the drive thru and ordered. The lady stopped us mid sentence and said, “so which is it steak or bacon because you keep saying both!” We said no we never said steak. She proceeded to argue with us. She rushed us and wouldn’t listen. Never told us to drive around or anything. She was the rudest employee I have encountered there.

Shanna took my order she was rude, I asked for no salt fries she said they won't be fresh, what! No ketchup on it double 1/4 pounder but there it was ugh, order was cold soggy fries, what happened to this place it was great a few yrs back but now it's gone down hill.

Lady in the drive thru was extremely rude. Think her name tag said Shanna. Before I could even order she said it’s gonna be a while and to wait and was taking orders behind me. Once I started to order she was like a ….. a …. And was rude when I was trying to order. Guy in the window was nice, lady taking orders needs to take some courses on manners I’ve never had someone be so rude there. Good way to lose business
