Wrong orders, cold food, and slow service. Told two different people my order, waited nearly 15mins and my food was still wrong. Used to come often but I won't be back.

I was just here at the drive thru and ordered. The lady stopped us mid sentence and said, “so which is it steak or bacon because you keep saying both!” We said no we never said steak. She proceeded to argue with us. She rushed us and wouldn’t listen. Never told us to drive around or anything. She was the rudest employee I have encountered there.

Shanna took my order she was rude, I asked for no salt fries she said they won't be fresh, what! No ketchup on it double 1/4 pounder but there it was ugh, order was cold soggy fries, what happened to this place it was great a few yrs back but now it's gone down hill.

Lady in the drive thru was extremely rude. Think her name tag said Shanna. Before I could even order she said it’s gonna be a while and to wait and was taking orders behind me. Once I started to order she was like a ….. a …. And was rude when I was trying to order. Guy in the window was nice, lady taking orders needs to take some courses on manners I’ve never had someone be so rude there. Good way to lose business

Drive in lady caught a major attitude saying we didn’t tell them about our mobile order but we clearly did because it showed up on the screen AND she gave me my drink so idk what that was about and forgot a separate orders drink We tried to speak to the manager and THAT WAS 10x WORSE He made us feel like we were shit people for even showing up to the McDonald’s I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS MY CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS

Ordered double quarter pounder ketchup/cheese only was told pull to 3rd window waited 10 mins worker asked what i was waiting for told here she brought order out I was on i69 when I opened it . Had mustard pickles onion ketchup on it call store got same old excuse We are short handed ,bring it back or give a name and stop in later not an option when from out of town supposed manager didn't seem to really care
