Order# 33 1143am Dec 17th it took until 12:20 to get our order, I understand staff being short,so no bid deal on the wait. But our food was cold, can't blame it on the ride home, I exactly 1mile from McDonald's. We will go to benton McDonald's from now on.
If I could vote -1000000 stars i would everyone i dealt with was rude as hell and extremely disrespectful order 2 double cheeses burgers only ketchup and pickle got both that had onion on them then went back asked for a manager and got told that the burger patties have onions cooked into them and thats what it was so he claimed he watched them make the two replacement burgers and they had mustard on them after just getting told it was only suppose have ketchup and pickle less than 2 minutes before that. Plus everyone i seen was standing around on their cellphones while i was at the ordering had to repeat myself 3 times and they still couldn't do it right. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT MCDONALDS.

If I could give this McDonald's 0 stars I would bc they are horrible to deal with. Cold fries cold nuggets and when complaining I get threatened that they won't remake it bc I was littering by trying to hand back their cold food. Absolutely ridiculous. They have their turn lights off at 9pm when they don't close till 11 according to google and every time I've came here it's always a problem. This is the last straw and hence y Im posting this negative review bc I won't be back to see if they've changed their pathetic business manners and services. The owner really should put some effort into hiring decent staff that cares about customers being that's how they stay in business
