This place has been excellent every time over the years. I remember when it was a corner deli. The quality has remained A+ and the burger is heavenly.

Great food. You don’t go to this place for service or atmosphere. Just the food.
It’s actually a little run down and could use some refreshing throughout. Definitely needs a cleaning crew to come through just for the dust.

The food is great. Never had a bad meal. Service can be slow at busy times of the day.

Update - Went back a couple of days ago and had to say something about the disgusting ceiling tiles. Please clean or change out your ceiling tiles! Sometimes we can get complacent but it's obvious that this isn't sanitary for a restaurant.

New to the area and I’ve already been to Parcell’s four times, that should tell you everything. Two of those visits, Dalton was on the grill and absolutely crushed it. Hands down the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The jalapeño burger special had the perfect kick without overpowering the flavor, and the Rueben burger was just as impressive, both were cooked to perfection and are excellent choices.

The environment is welcoming, the service has been consistently good, and everything just feels well run. We even finished it off with donuts and coffee for my staff, which was the perfect way to wrap up the meal.

If you’re in Draftenville, Parcell’s is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back.

Good food. But needs better ventilation. The grill smell was over powering.

We had no idea you existed!!! A lady at Golden Pond Visitor Center told us about you. That Reuben cheeseburger, OH MY!!!!! I brought home a coconut cupcake- it's phenomenal too!! CANNOT wait to come back the next time we're down there.

Not all it's cracked up to be. The reubens were small, tasteless, and expensive.

Had an awesome date..good atmosphere. Though I ordered a grilled chicken ..... the driest poor excuse for a chicken sandwich i have had.... I asked the young cashier for a bbq bacon...LIKE THE SPECIAL. Came out with brittle sry bacon that tasted terriible even for bacon! and with no sauce. I rec anywhere but here.... go to the bakery and coffee shop they are actually good/decent.

We love Parcell's as a one stop shop. We usually have dinner, check the gift store, and grab a couple of donuts for breakfast the next day.
