Went here at 3pm on Sunday 10/5/25..ordered 6” sweet onion chicken teriyaki-toasted bread..what an absolute mess..the sandwich was so sloppy you can’t even hold it..cheese was laid on “top” of sandwich..so much sauce..definitely disappointed..called to talk to manager and they won’t be in until tomorrow..THIS is reason I don’t come to subway..couldn’t eat the sandwich..what a shame

Wish we had gotten the manager’s name that helped us this afternoon. (She has a coconut allergy, if that helps!). She takes food allergies VERY seriously and took every measure to make our meal alpha-gal friendly. She is a breath of fresh air — from washing her hands, putting on clean gloves, getting safe, un-cross contaminated veggies from the back, even getting fresh, clean serving utensils. It was delicious and we promised we will be back often! Thank you!

I just paid $13 for 4 slices of roast beef on my foot long. Times must be hard at the Draffenville Subway. I'm done. I won't be back.

Went there ordered a tuna, wrap, and foot long BMT the wrap was AWFUL even after telling her multiple times to put extra tomatoes no she put for little ones I asked for extra vinegar and oil. She barely put any barely any salt and pepper. After asking for more acted like I wasn’t even talking to her messed up on one. She literally put three pieces of ham, three pieces of turkey on the huge flatbread for the wrap. Roll it up on the first one that she messed up she put eight pieces of meat, several tomatoes, very little vinegar and oil, but she said she would eat that one later because she broke it the tuna very little lettuce very little tomato and very little tuna. The gentleman did the BMT did an amazing job. Plenty of everything.

Went here today and couldn't believe how bad it was. 2 people working and 1 was trying to get their computer working, while it was beeping really loud like an alarm clock. The other person was doing everything else and you could tell she was new but I feel she was actually doing the best she could. People waiting in line were rolling their eye's at each other. We couldn't believe the mess going on and no control over the situation. I had a FL tuna and when we got to the toppings the lettuce was brown, not here and there, but brown all over. The cucumbers looked like they were slimy and discolored. I get home and the bread had a tough, chewy texture and the tuna was runny! Really bad experience.

I love subway cookies...and personal pan pizza.... But every time i order something meat beased from any subway it just doesnt do me well... so i avoid the meats.

The service was quick and server kind as was the person checking my order out. Since I almost always walk in it was fast.
There were cars lined up outside and had to drive the wrong way to exit.
Sandwich was good. May have needed to be toasted a bit longer for my taste but overall a very good experience.
Veggie tray area was too cold. I could see some veggies frozen on the sides.
Reading other people reviews it sounds like a hit or miss and who may be working.
Wouldn't have given a five star if not for the frozen veggies.

This Subway is a very low quality Subway. The woman working was extremely rude and made it very clear that I was inconveniencing her by placing an order. She should not be working in a customer facing job. The sub roll was very stale. The $9 price tag on a half sub is excessive given the low quality of the product and service.
Ordered roasted chicken got turkey not toasted no pepper cheese and doused in Buffalo sauce. Churro was so gummy and cold we couldn't eat it. My wife's veggie sub had so much mayo she couldn't eat

Ordered food online tonight for pick up. When we got it home we found that the order was incorrect. The toppings for 1 sandwich was on the other and vice versa.Upon calling to request a refund we were informed the sandwiches could be remade or refunded provided we return to the store, 15 minutes away, with the receipt and sandwiches. I have zero desire to drive 30 minutes round trip to get what I have already ordered and paid $35 for.Will not be returning.
