Still very pricey, partly due to the city restaurant tax. I went today, waited too long in the drive through, didn't get the curly fries I was charged for, and got the wrong sandwich completely. This is fast food now. Bad service + high prices + long wait.

The past two times I've been through the drive-thru at Arby's in Berea they are out of roast beef. I don't understand how a place like Arby's can keep the doors open if they are out of roast beef. The first time it was about 7:00 in the evening so I ordered chicken sandwiches and then had to pull up and wait. If you're not cooking roast beef why would you not make up chicken to have ready and the second time it was about 11:00, 1 hour before closing, so I ordered nothing. That night I made a special trip and I live about 10 minutes away . I like Arby's but I won't be back to that one.

You ask for crinkle fries and I get over half curly fries. I don’t know if they’re being a smart Alec or what the deal is, but I’m getting fed up with the service that we get out in public these days. So Arby’s you stink, I won’t ever be back so have a great day! I also called them on the phone and they won’t answer their phone either. I am going to stop eating out at fast food restaurants because it’s a joke anymore so great job Arby’s in Berea Ky !
