This is the 2nd time I've been there and got a gallon of root beer that they only filled half way. The last time I also got a large order of onion rings that was 3 onion rings.

The food was terrible, old greased, over cooked, old hard fries. I could see the dirt of dirty grease on unsalted fries. Overpriced to have no drinks with meals. Will not be back. The front line of service wasn't the cleanest looking, I couldn't imagine what the back looked like

I feel bad leaving this because the cashier was very sweet and complimented my husband and I but this place is truly disgusting. I could hardly finish my food because everything was dirty. My food didn’t taste good and I’m honestly just waiting at this point to get sick. My sons corn dogs were grey in the middle. The food tasted old and stale. I will avoid this place at all costs next time I’m passing through KY. I feel bad for that girl working there. She deserves a better place of employment.

The cashier was not professional not dressed professionally, and rude. Ordered a burger with fries and got only a small I mean small amount of cold fries in a tray barely covering the bottom of tray, maybe 10-12 fries was all. No ice cream for floats or shakes.

Stood in line until us and everyone behind us left, no one took our order or even looked at the huge line of people. (My group had 9.) My teens tried to find a table while we waited and only one table wasn't dirty. Won't be going back.

Immediately met at the door with a look and an attitude of spite for just coming in. The staff moved slow, and I mean so slow it had to be done intentionally. The onion rings tasted like old dirty fryer grease and the french fries (what few we got with our order) were shriveled and too hard to eat. Overall I would recommend the franchisee look into a hard reset of staff. To expect customers to be okay with spending money on unpalatable food is unacceptable. Absolutely awful experience and I hope this review serves the customers as a warning to go eat at any other establishment available.

Went through the drive through at 10pm and was told they couldn't make a burger becuase the grill was closed for cleaning. So we asked for the the hand breaded chicken sliders and they said they were out of those. Seemed like they just didn't want to make anything. Why would you clean your grill 2 hours before you close?

We stopped as a family, and we ordered a variety of things, Papa Burger, Shrimp, chicken strips, fish. I ordered the Southwest Shrimp ricebowl. The flavor was awesome, but the rice got lost in the slaw. Overall I really enjoyed the spicy flavor, and I was not overfilled. Atmosphere was 3 stars because of the obnoxious music.
