Immediately met at the door with a look and an attitude of spite for just coming in. The staff moved slow, and I mean so slow it had to be done intentionally. The onion rings tasted like old dirty fryer grease and the french fries (what few we got with our order) were shriveled and too hard to eat. Overall I would recommend the franchisee look into a hard reset of staff. To expect customers to be okay with spending money on unpalatable food is unacceptable. Absolutely awful experience and I hope this review serves the customers as a warning to go eat at any other establishment available.

Went through the drive through at 10pm and was told they couldn't make a burger becuase the grill was closed for cleaning. So we asked for the the hand breaded chicken sliders and they said they were out of those. Seemed like they just didn't want to make anything. Why would you clean your grill 2 hours before you close?

We stopped as a family, and we ordered a variety of things, Papa Burger, Shrimp, chicken strips, fish. I ordered the Southwest Shrimp ricebowl. The flavor was awesome, but the rice got lost in the slaw. Overall I really enjoyed the spicy flavor, and I was not overfilled. Atmosphere was 3 stars because of the obnoxious music.

Place is dirty, run down, and service is slow. Root beer just didn’t taste right. They didn’t have hand breaded chicken and their burgers were a disaster. Definitely will always go to Richmond!

The service was poor and slow. They had everyone pulling up after paying to continue moving the line even though they couldn't prepare the food in a timely manner. On top of the rushed ordering process, they didn't give our drinks when they brought our food out, so we had to park and go inside anyway. The kids working were inebriated in one way or another. The food was cold, greasy, and bland.

I waited nearly 30min for my order, didn’t even get it, the people across from me got 3 different peoples orders, and before I left they had some girl walking around asking people what they had because they had no idea anymore. Half the sodas were out of the syrup and only giving you carbonated water, and the ketchup cups are as deep as a puddle so can’t hold much ketchup at all. I ended up leaving before I even got my order and went to dinner bell for my fish fix. Only the second time I’ve been here, and will probably be the last.Parking: Plenty of parking. As just about no one was there.
