Brandi's Bakery and Bistro LLC

My husband and I used Brandi’s Bakery for our wedding cake. The cake was stunning! It tasted as good as it looked as well!

We love Brandi’s! The shop is beautiful with a Jesus loving vibe! I’ve had multiple things and they are all delicious! My favorites are chicken salad and the Effie Cake! My husband loves the brownies! The prices are very reasonable. And you won’t find anyone as awesome as Brandi and her daughter.

I have ordered multiple cakes, and they are always delicious. They have great mini bunts, 7-layer bars, and cupcakes, too. It's my frequent stop when I want a sweet treat, salad, or soup.

I will NEVER support Brandi's Bakery & Bistro LLC again. On multiple occasions we have messaged ahead (yes messaged, no service at home) or been there when the doors open only for what we RESERVED to be sold out. This is an hour commute every time we make this trip from home. I can’t believe the horrible customer service some of these little places have and still manage to stay in business… Each time it’s blown off as not being a big deal or she got “busy” which is not an excuse when it’s literally your job. Yes, I do have proof of each event in text as well.

Brandi's has the best sweets I've ever eaten! Her cinnamon rolls are delicious!! Everyone is always so friendly when you go in and it is a great place to go. I've never eaten something from here that wasn't amazing.

I went in last weekend to see if they had baked goods available or if it was preorder only. I walk in and hear Christian music on the radio and it smells amazing. I immediately thought to myself that this is a local business I would like to support. Once “greeted” by (who I later found out is the owner). I immediately compliment the smell and atmosphere which she completely ignores and snidely states “what can I do for you?”. She seemed very annoyed by having a customer and even rolling her eyes throughout me asking if she has a menu or does preorder only or what. My opinion quickly changed. But I thought to myself “maybe she’s just having a bad day. I’m gonna say a prayer for her and hope her day improves. I’ll purchase some cookies for a later date and I’m sure they will be amazing”.Wrong. I picked up the two dozen of cookies this morning. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind at all that these cookies are straight out of a plastic package. They even have the square in them from where they were from the block. If you have ever made packaged cookies and cookies from scratch it is obvious to the naked eye. There is no authenticity to these store bought cookies. Definitely not made from scratch or anything that I would ever pay $39 for ever again. (If they are magically made from scratch my apologies)As someone who does A LOT of marketing for my own sake in the state of KY; I try to support and promote great businesses who are local.Today and every day I am thankful that the Lord helps me control my temper and guides me to be as kind as imperfectly humanly possible when dealing with these kinds of situations. I will always be honest in my reviews no matter. Honestly is always always always the best policy. The atmosphere would have gotten five stars had her attitude not taken so much away from the experience itself.

This place is amazing! Been buying cupcakes and desserts here forever. Wound up in a pinch with less than 24 hours to get my wife pistachio cupcakes for her birthday. Not only did Brandis, co.e thru but they were delicious and well decorated! Highly recommend!

First time here . Didn't realize , it was a holiday week , for all cakes . Totally my fault. Will definitely be back and order earlier !Extremely kind , exceptionally clean bakery and the cupcakes were to die for !My new go to Bakery , in Berea .

Numerous times we went in for item's she advertised on Facebook that were sold out. Said we could reserve but when we tried the messages were never opened. Very rude especially when asked if she sold donuts. The food we did try was good but never what we went in for. Review based on my personal experience with this business.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my order! I sent a picture of what I was wanting, and Brandi’s Bakery NAILED IT!! Very reasonably priced, and very very good!! All of our family and friends said it was the best cake they’ve ever had! Such a great bakery that I will happily be giving my business to from now on!

I am always so in love with every single cake they deliver and make my dreams come true. I will truly never go to anyone or any place else for all of my cake and bakery needs! THANK YOU BRANDIS!!!!! She literally always helps me carry each cake out and guides me on how to keep it perfect until each party. I am just beyond thankful for this sweet place
