So feb 25th at 730 pm I went through the drive through and got a value meal that coast a 11.11 cents and the lady working the window inserted my debit card twice and said it wasn’t reading my card after couple mins it finally reads my card and I drive off and within ten mins I get a text message from my bank showing where they double charged me twice so I turned around went back to the store and showed there manger the receipt and text messages showing the exact same charge and time stamp there manger guy did work at the Richmond location as well but he acted like a jerk and like I was trying argue and lie and makeup the fact I’d been charged twice when all I was saying was I’d been double charged so anyway he calls his general manger cause he says he doesn’t feel comfortable refunding me my money after being a jerk and then try’s telling her it refunded my card and I was like no it didn’t but after this conversation he says to me it’s come back to the store on Thursday if it’s not refunded ur money so I couldn’t make it up there Thursday for having to work but I go back on the Friday and tell them it’s not refunded my money and it’s the same guy and he’s not acting like jerk this time but he calls same general manger and they ask what proof I have I’ve been double charged so I pull out the same receipt and show the text messages from my bank where I’ve been double charged the same amount with the same time stamp but that’s not enough proof for them so I had to go to the bank and get a printout showing where I’d been double charged and make a third trip to the store today before I’m finally refunded my money by there general manger that apologized to me. I got my money back but I spent it all in gas driving back and forth from coming back forth from Richmond I will never ever go back this Burger King they made the mistake and didn’t wanna make things right made me jump through hoops for there mistake and I got my money back but I still feel cheated so beware

Me and my girlfriend came threw around 4 today and the staff was moping around just being very slow first time we ate here it was great but today it’ll the service was very slow the food was cold and not fresh at all. I ordered the fiery chicken sandwich it was Luke warm and not what was displayed on the menu and my girlfriend got a whopper it was COLD and put together sloppy as well as our large fry. We are not going back to pay 15 dollars for 3 items and most importantly because of the service and food quality. Just go to the Richmond Burger King they never disappoint.

Update: I called the store to get the name of the manager that refused a refund and was unprofessional. I asked for a manager and I heard the employee ask another team member "Do you feel like playing manager?" To which he said "sure" and came on the line. I immediately asked him, did she really just ask you do you feel like "playing manager"? He shyly admitted she did and that he is not a manager. I asked for a manager and their name etc. I am having to do this because I still haven't received a refund, so I now have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Horrible experience, it's been 3 days now trying to get a refund.

Second update: Burger King responded via email refusing to cancel the order. Both the store and the app have now refused to cancel/refund the order. Don't order from this garbage app! Store is totally incompetent of their job processes and are unprofessional.

Didn't get any food that I paid for, refused to give me a refund. I placed an order through the mobile app and when I got there they didn't have fried pickles for the specialty burger they are advertising everywhere. The manager was beyond rude. It was the evening shift manager, a male. I was of course irritated when he told me he can't give me a refund because I paid with a card on the mobile app. He told me to use the mobile app to ask for a refund / cancel order. I told him, there's nowhere on the app to cancel/refund and he threw his hands up and said they are not affiliated with the app. As soon as he opened the window he was talking so loud and forcefully I saw several drops of spit fly through the air. He was unprofessional and I hope he isn't spitting all over the food like that. But anyways, I asked to speak to his manager and he said she's going to tell you the same thing. And I said OK then I'll talk to corporate if so, but right now I need your manager. He said okay and can you lose the attitude as well? Wow. I told him no I will not, at that point I had never been personally rude to him I was not loud I did not use profanity. He is incompetent of giving customer service, if you can't handle an upset customer then you shouldn't be a manager. I still have not received a refund or product

I get dinner here around three times a month. They tend to be slow went down and in, or take out, drive-thru. They take their time. The cashier are usually friendly.

Rotten brown slimy lettuce is being served on the sandwiches, when I called (3 times in a row until someone answered) to let them know, I asked for the manager, the girl who answered said just a minute. I wasn't being rude or mean at all. Then I heard her ask if she should just pretend to be the manager! I'd call someone up the chain but they won't give a crap either.
