I am traveling through the area for work and wanted a nice cup of coffee. I found this place and used the drive-thru this morning. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the whole experience.
First of all, the drive-thru menu and communication system is impeccable! There are global corporations with much lesser quality systems than this one! I could hear the woman taking my order crystal clear. She was prompt, and thorough. Which leads me to the next point I’d like to make…
I have alpha-gal syndrome (AGS). If you’re unfamiliar with it, a quick Google search will tell you the gist of it. It’s a relatively new diagnosis for me and I am still learning how to navigate it. Eating healthy on the road is challenging enough as it is. Throw AGS into the mix, and it becomes even more difficult. The woman taking my order was very helpful in figuring out something I could eat. She was reading food labels and all. She even informed me that they have a regular with AGS and told me what they order.
I love eggs, and I love my protein, so we came up with a four egg sandwich with avocado spread on their sourdough. That and a black dark roast coffee made for the perfect breakfast!
One look at the sandwich, says it all…

Let’s start with the coffee/drinks. I myself got a large Matcha. Let me say, it was without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had.
Next, the server was probably the nicest gal I’ve ever met.
Third. The food was absolutely extravagant!
I’ll be back, for sure!

Just Love Coffee in Berea, Kentucky: Popular eatery and coffee shop on a Saturday morning. Looking for a local breakfast and coffee shop, I landed here around 10 am. Almost all of the breakfast entrees consisted of eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheese while several also included grilled onions and bell peppers. There’s also Avocado Toast, a breakfast burrito and “Womlettes”. I ordered the Feta Spinach Womlette with a side of sour cream, a tasty combo made in a folded unique waffle made with a mostly egg batter. I also picked out a banana muffin to go with a 16 oz cup of the house dark brewed coffee until my entree was ready. The order took over 20+ minutes and I could tell this was a somewhat slammed day but overall I was happy with my order. I had laptop work to do so the wait wasn’t all that bothersome. I was hoping for a few side options ( potatoes would have been good) however only avocado, cheesy eggs, sausage and bacon were listed). Those sides are already on many of the entrees. The coffee was good and hot but for a dark roast, I would have expected it to be just a little bit darker. Refills are free. The noise level was high with the crowd at this time of day but it calmed down by noon. This is a concrete floor with steel chair environment that typically adds to the noise level, especially during the screeching scooting of chairs. Yes, I would return to this eatery. Prices are reasonable.

Kids managing kids... Waffle was cold, eggs wereeggs, keep in mind most places in college towns are managed by well, inexperienced weight staff.

5 of us had breakfast there yesterday morning. It's a bright open space with plenty of seating. the croissant breakfast sandwich was served hot and was delicious. One of the grandsons (16) had the Nutella waffle. He said it was good. 2 of us had just the plain coffee but there were many options of lattees and teas to choose from..will definitely go back.

Food is wonderful. Waffles are malted and tasty. Breakfast sandwiche larger than most others. And the best: They know how to make a latte. None of that Starbucks swill.
