Got hung up on after the team lead working didn't like hearing that she was responsible for filling an order correctly and that only having 2 people working wasn't an excuse although it is an inconvenience and can be difficult.
Very clean and modern location, everything was fresh and tasted not like fast food.. service was super friendly and ordered in a way to save me a few bucks

I stopped in for dinner. The food came out to me fresh. The young lady who took my order was professional and polite. The restaurant was surprisingly clean and modern. I'd never ordered KFC from within Kentucky and was pleasantly amazed by the food. The restaurant area is very large. I'm a truck driver and it's situated right across the street from the truck stop which was Avery convient. All in all great experience which we know come far a few in between when it comes to eating out. Also they have a huge parking lot. I drove the tractorthru it easily.

I waited like 25 minutes for my food and the chicken was raw in the middle. I threw it away. The girl working seemed very nice though. I told them that the chicken was undercooked and to be careful or they would food poison somebody. I declined any reimbursement.
