So we stopped in around 230 pm ordered chicken and waffles I know it's not rush hour but the chicken strips was so dry you could of used it to build a fire ridiculous other than that no complaints
Late afternoon on Easter. My husband loves KFC. We were staying at the Holiday Inn Express. The lady at the window was nasty and slammed the window on us. Probably because she had to work on Easter. He ordered the 4 piece box. Legs and thighs. Within 3 hours he was throwing up and had diarrhea. All night long and well into the next day. I do not recommend them. The next day I called and they did offer our money back. I would rather pay them and not get sick. We had to still drive North for another 10 hours.

I visited kfc in berea and ordered 12 pices chicken tenders meal and the chicken was absolutely nasty chicken was over cooked paid 40 dollars for something I had to throw away I would not recommend this place to anyone

I would have gone somewhere else, but the rig was parked nearby, and I was on foot. I'll start with the positive. The Cole Slaw was pretty good. Now for the rest. The chicken strips are tiny, and they weren't fresh. Even the biscuit couldn't escape shrink-flation. It was tiny, too. Ten bucks bought a box that was mostly air. The passion The Colonel put into this place was squeezed out by accountants a long time ago. It's mediocre food, but this is a mediocre world full of mediocre people, and the businessmen know their demographics.

Ate a late breakfast, but needed a snack to hold us over till dinner so we did not want a big meal. Hadn't been to a KFC for several years, sometime before the pandemic so we decided on KFC. The restaurant was very clean and so was the restroom. It smelled of the fried chicken and not that old grease kind of smell. It was around 1:30 pm, so after the lunch rush. Our food was fresh, we didn't have to wait more than 5 mins, the associates were friendly, they smiled at us and said both hello when we walked in and thank you when we left. It was the classic taste of KFC that I've always enjoyed. The portions of sides was fair - not like what I've been seeing lately from other fast food restaurants. If you like the KFC fried chicken and are in the Berea area, I highly recommend this location.
