Stopped here with Grandkids. The place caters to drive thru customers over dine-in. No condiment table for ketchup, straws, napkins, etc. No refill station. If you want a pack of ketchup and a straw, have to go wait in line to get it. I went up for ketchup and by the time I got it, my food was cold. Wanted a refill of my drink and had to go wait in line. I seemed invisible to the staff. Couldn’t get their attention to just get a pack of ketchup or a refill. Pitiful design. McDonald’s is going to loose customers fast.

This store gets high marks. I was impressed when I arrived right at opening time. The store is emaculantly clean. I was here last summer and it was just as clean then. I attribute a lot to the staff and workers.

Wonderful people here. I used my app to get a discount on a double quarter pounder. I received a quarter pounder. I complained about it not being a double and they gave me a double anyway even though I was very likely wrong! You just don't see that kind of service anymore!! Kudos to them!!!

The girls working the window handing the food out was very disrespectful basically threw drinks out to customers and didn’t want to hand food out the window to said customers and the other workers wanted to laugh about it
Order was messed up three times. When asked about missing food, workers had an attitude and seemed bothered by us asking for our missing items. Double check your drive-thru orders before giving them out. Never coming back.

My daughter ordered by the app. She is 19. Of course when she got to the window, they told her they “can’t make frappes” right now. She asked for a refund. The manager came to the window and told her refunds have to be done in the app. The app SPECIFICALLY says refunds are done at the store. They refused to give her money back. I feel like they did this because she is 19.
