I am a mcdonald’s manager myself so i get the struggle, but this is kind of ridiculous. There was only one person in the front bagging and that’s it. I stood in line with a few other people and couldn’t get someone to take my order until i asked if they had anyone to take orders on front counter. The girl bagging called the manager out to help take front counter orders and he took ONE family’s order and ignored all the other people standing and waiting for many minutes. I think his name was gary? He then began criticizing and critiquing the girl and then left to go back to the back. I waited at least 30 minutes from the time I stood waiting for my order to be taken to the time i actually got my food. I understand that there are responsibilities as a manager that you have to get done but your customers and helping your employees come first in these situations. It doesn’t matter if you have to stay a little bit after your shift to get your stuff done. The one girl couldn’t handle everything by herself and couldn’t have time to take front counter orders so when you see that happening as a manager you’re supposed to help and step in. This happened roughly around 10pm. To the GM - you need to fix this.

Decided on a little bit of a late lunch after shopping at Wally world. I decided to use my mobile app and hubby wanted the $5 meal deal. On my order, it is the Big Mac, small fry and small drink. Well, I ALWAYS ask for my receipt. Ya never know! And don't you know I checked my receipt and I saw an upcharge on it. Now, granted, it's only 10¢, but that adds up! I couldn't figure out why there was an upcharge, so I ask. Nobody knows! I ask for the manager, he explains to me that although the app exclusively says "small drink" the computer AUTOMATICALLY adds an upcharge and gives you a medium drink. I DON'T WANT A MEDIUM DRINK, I DON'T WANT TO PAY EXTRA, I WANT TO PAY FOR WHAT I AM ORDERING AND I DONT WANT YOU TO "ASSUME" I WANT A LARGER DRINK. Stop taking advantage of people. Geez! And NO, I did not ask for 10¢ back, but I will make sure this doesn't happen again.! Also, WHY do you ASSUME we don't want condiments? You should automatically give napkins, salt pepper and salt and ketchup. And please retrain your staff. The food is messy as hell. Wish I could post a photo.

Went through the drive thru. Paid. They asked me to pull forward. I sat there for far too long. Watched another customer park and walk in with a bag of food that was wrong. So I went inside, there were 2 people waiting for their orders. No one was being helped. One guy was walking around with food that nobody ordered and asking if it was anyone's. He asked me what I needed. I told him I'm still waiting on my food in the drive thru. He got a manager she was incredibly rude from the get go. Said she couldn't help me unless I had a receipt. I had left it in the van and she said she couldn't see my order so she'd need my receipt. So obviously they'd screwed everything up. That was the point that I went and got my receipt and said I wanted a refund. There was no apology, nothing said about the fact that they were screwing all the orders up. It was pathetic.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. This place is a joke. No refund on a $23 order that was butchered. I will not be back.
So i went and got breakfast here i mobile ordered it and picked it up at 10:25 breakfast ending at 10:30 i realized i did not have my mcgriddle so i go in and ask for it and they say they cant give it to me because there switching over to lunch , i then say i just came through the drive through and picked up the rest of my breakfast and if they had done the order correct it shouldve been there already but all they had was a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle i usually dont leave one start reviews or negative reviews but it was super frustrating to have to do this i understand people forget to put food in the bag but you just dont have it all together and the manager was absolutely NO help he told his employee there was nothing he could do it was super irritating and unprofessional please do not get breakfast here you will be disappointed and to top it all off my pancakes were COLD completely COLD absolutely ridiculous.
