I hate to give a bad review, but giving a good review to bad service doesn’t help get things corrected or let others know what to expect. After sitting for my drink only order for 15 minutes, I called in to ask delay. Manager said I would have to come in since it must not came through. I even give my order # so no I never went in waisted 30 minutes total ended up at circle k cheaper price than a dollar and better customer service. You need Reece back. He was making a difference in this location.

Really weird. Usually they are pretty good, I've been here multiple times. But they messed up my order today and usually that wouldn't make me put a low star review. The low star review is from the weird customer service. I order on the app so no room for confusion. I picked it up then I get home and open the bag and it's wrong. I drive all the way back to tell them the order was wrong and they remade the part that was wrong. Okay great. Then they asked me to give them back the food that was wrong, which I don't eat at all, so I was going to throw away anyway, and I go to hand it to the worker and she like snatched it out of my hand. She was talking about waste and numbers. It was really weird, acting like they were gonna resell that food to someone else. And no apology at all. Maybe there wouldn't be "wasted numbers" or whatever if the food was just correct. 🤔 IMO they should have remade the whole order because now my other part of the order is cold. I've worked in restaurants and that's what I would have done.

Probably the 5th time ive gotten food poisoning from night shift this year. Also consistently rude workers except for the one on drugs. Food seemed fresh this time but still got sick. Usually the patties appear hours old and lack ingredients, i assume because they don't want to restock lunch ingredients before switching to breakfast. I used to work at a mcdonalds so i know when the patties arent fresh. Tonight they were, but still got sick. I dont get sick from dayshift. Also fix your machines at night so i can get my reciepts for when the order is messed up.

Unbelievable everything is always broken in this McDonald’s. You can’t get a shake. You can’t get a latte. You can’t get nothing makes you wonder what is the building sitting there for?
SUPER curious if/how female employees are washing their hands after going to the restroom considering the soap dispenser doesn't work.

I don't know if this is on the workers or not but the one stars going to stay for this. Put in a mobile order around 3:30 got there at about 3:40 and was told when I pulled up to the drive-thru that they were only accepting cash. Let them know I'd already put an order in online and it's already been paid for and they told me that they just won't be able to get me the order. Because their system is "down" apparently it goes down from 3:00 to 5:00 every single day and they're only able to take cash. Asked about a refund was told I had to cancel the order in the app. And now I won't get a refund for a week.
