I placed a mobile order that included a frappe with three espresso shots. When I arrived at the first window, I was told you were out of espresso — something that was not reflected in the app. I asked if it could be made as an iced coffee instead and was told it was already made, so I accepted it as-is. At the second window, I received my food and a frappe without the espresso shots I paid for. I then asked for a side of Big Mac sauce and was told it costs extra and that I would have to go back around because payment isn’t accepted at that window. I find it unacceptable that I was unable to receive or be refunded for three paid espresso shots, but was then told I’d need to make another trip around and pay again for a sauce that costs significantly less. This experience felt dismissive, inefficient, and poorly handled.
Eta. Not to mention the limp fries.

I ordered an sugar free vanilla latte but after receiving an iced coffee and asking to get the right product I was informed that there was not milk available to make the product so ok moving forward we ordered two quarter pound deluxe meals sounds simple right nope when I received our meal it was in fact the right meal but I was with understanding that the quarter meals were cooked fresh ? Both meals were not fresh the patties were dry over cooked and looked as they he'd been around for a while .

To the people at McDonalds, please listen to people's orders, I literally bought a McChicken with no lettuce and add ketchup, and I said to keep the Mayo, and everytime they either for some reason put them on opposite sides of the sandwich or they get rid of mayo, sometimes they don't even remember the no lettuce but today mine just came with ketchup when I said to keep the Mayo as well, PLEASE LISTEN TO MY ORDER, THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS IT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS, even the other side of towns McDonalds listen better than y'all

My son said his McChicken were hot and fresh and made to order correctly. Employees were kind and allowed us to add some items at the window with out getting upset !
25 minute wait just for a cup of coffee. I had places to be so I left without my coffee. Not worth spending your money here.

McDonald's fan here... and I wont be going to this location again. This one (Glades Road) has been hit or miss over the last couple of months, but I am really tired of waiting for an order that is more often than not incorrect, and the consistent absense of sauce with the McNuggets, and other missing condiments. I am slow to leave a review if it cant be positive, but I think if there was going to be an improvement, it would have happened by now. Customers need to know. And while I'm at it, can't someone center the beef patties on the bun? Geez!
