Bravo, Glades Rd McDonald's. You've really stepped up your game. What used to be some of the worst service in town is now the best. As of the last few months, my order is always accurate, and your employees are super friendly and courteous. I'm impressed, and pleasantly surprised.

It’s McDonald’s. What more could anyone say? For the most part it’s pretty consistent, and you usually won’t get your food mixed up. You have to have some level of understanding though. It’s busy, and when you have an inexperienced crew mistakes happen. It’s okay. Overall, not the worst McDonalds to ever exist, but not the greatest.

They were super nice to us, my 6 year old was very chatty and the lady taking our order was good with her…I always appreciate it when people take a second to respond to my children, when they make a comment or ask a question.
Kid-friendliness: The lady taking our order was so nice to our daughter that she now asks to drive to “the other McD’s”. The one closer to our house, isn’t very friendly at all.
