Ordered delivery, I called to ask when I could expect my order after their tracker showed it had come out of the oven over 30 minutes ago and still wasn’t on its way. As a former pizza delivery driver I know things happen but customer service goes a long way. No apology, and when I voiced concern over it not arriving fresh was told their tracker is not accurate and it “just came out of the oven”. When the driver showed up, again there was no customer service, no “sorry for the wait”, just a “here you go”. I noticed he didn’t even come to the door with our food in the insulated warning bag. No wonder pizza wasn’t even remotely warm. Further, boneless wings had barely any sauce on them. This is also the second time in a row I’ve received late, cold food. Time to spend my money elsewhere.

If you have ever went to pick up your order you will see why this is my choice of pizza, it's always packed... having to wait for fast pizza you say? Well there is a reason it's packed, my pizza is always right, hot, and I can set a clock to when my mobile order will be ready. I place my order on my way to store around the same distance from store and usually have a couple min wait for it after arrival ensures a hot pie when I get home.

I ordered a pizza online. It showed up missing one piece and the pepper was bitten into. I called the shop and they laughed at me and hung up on me when I complained. Horrible service they refused to give me the name of the gm. Man if these people are so evil to serve pizza that has pizza missing and the the pepper bitten into then they don't care about people. They laughed at me when I called in to report it. Wow. I never really complain but I won't stop until the issue is addressed and not just laughed at by coworkers. This shop needs to be investigated if papa cares about how his customers are treated.

I called for a pickup order and asked for a pickup time in 40 minutes. They couldn't accommodate this and tried to set the pickup time more than an hour away. I was just ordering some breadsticks.

This store is a Joke! I have order twice online through the app choose to have it delivered and it was received by the store as carry out. I know I selected delivered because I had to enter my address. When we called they told us they didn’t have an order for us. I pulled up my bank account and guess what there was pending charges. They were unwilling to help. They then call back after we had called and said there was food there. When I ask if it was cold she said it was on the heating rack. I don’t understand this store. I will order from Richmond and pay Uber eats before I order from them again. I wish I could have gave them a zero because that is what they deserve.

Normally hit or miss but tonight ordered and received breadsticks topped with some long dark hair. Called and spoke with a manager who never identified himself never apologized and seemed extremely annoyed to have to speak with me. Offered a refund then specified that it was only for the breadsticks. On what planet would anyone want to eat the rest of the food made at the same time by the same person as the hairy breadsticks. Avoid this dump at all costs or risk wasting your time and money for disgusting slop I wouldn't feed to anyone.

Ordered pizza and wings and was told 20 minutes. 45 minutes later called back and was told my order was leaving right then. 30 minutes later called back and was told it was still on the way. Approximately 3 miles from their location. Customer service was horrible. Needless to say I canceled my cold order so hopefully they will refund my $44. Will not be making that mistake again!
