Terrible service. No plates, no silverware.
Terrible guest service!!! Short black & blonde hair waitress was rude to us and when we decided to leave the place she continued to celebrate because she didn’t want to serve us.
They do currently close at 8pm on Saturday’s and not 10pm like their website says!

Grabbed dinner here before a high school soccer game. Cool college town vibe Italian joint. Wasn’t expecting a counter with a line to order but it works. A little disappointed for the +45 minutes for them to get the food out but they let us know ahead of time.
Lasagna was very good. Everyone seemed pleased with their food. Large breadstick was also good but a distant second to Joe Bologna’s in Lexington. Would be nice to see a larger beer selection. We would make it a point to visit again if we were in Berea.
Parking: Available spots were only about a block away

A gem in Berea! I know it's basic but the cheese pizza was FANTASTIC. The sauce tasted very fresh and the crust was crispy. It was very busy at lunchtime but the food was worth it.

So good every time! Get the tiramisu you won’t regret it.
Kid-friendliness: It’s definitely a family atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: They are ground level and they have a ramp to the tables in the back.

Overall pretty ok. The pizza is fine but nothing extraordinary. The fettuccine alfredo was honestly disappointing. For $10 I should get more than a few noodles and very average sauce.

I called ahead of time and asked how long the wait would be. They said there was currently no wait I live about four minutes down the road so I immediately left after they told me that I got there and it took me about 10 minutes to be seated and then they totally forgot my food and I was there for an hour and a half

Average quality food, in a tired building, but the staff is friendly and hardworking.

I was a little bit afraid to order the Philly cheese steak because you never know what you're going to get when you're not back east. The Philly cheese steak here was an unusual interpretation but still fantastic. Interesting and freshly baked bread combined with a generous amount of meat and veggies. Not greasy and enough left over for breakfast in the morning. I would order this again next time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO WASTE.
Be prepared for a long line and an hour wait for your food. Not ideal for a business lunch or catching a bite before a play at the college or the local acting school.
I arrived (from out of town) in what should have been plenty of time to grab a bite before a show at Spotlight. Was really looking forward to it. There were no menus at the back to grab and peruse and no way to get one without losing my place in line. I stood in a longer line than usual only to find out it was going to take an hour for my order. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I’ve never had that long of a wait for service.
At the very least, if they were running that far behind on orders, they could have placed a sign on the door warning people. That way, people who have other plans or are very hungry can go somewhere else without wasting 10-20 minutes in line.
They also weren’t taking orders today for a significant amount of time according to a sign on the door. I would definitely call ahead to make sure they can even serve you.
If you’re seeing a show at Spotlight, there are several fast food options near the theater.
If you really want pizza before the show, make plans to eat at Gillum’s in Richmond several hours before the show. Great pizza and I’ve never had a bad experience there.
If you want a good garlic breadstick covered in garlic butter similar to what they serve here, you can get it at Joe Bologna’s in Lexington,

Cozy restaurant with Italian food, where you can taste delicious pizzas, lasagnas and pastas. I visited it on a weekend with my family and we were able to explore the very colorful and colorful surroundings.

After waiting for over an hour for our food it was cold. I had the shrimp Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce was chalky and cold along with the pasta. The only thing warm was the bread
