Was waiting forever a doordash there’s 4 other dashers here waiting it’s 8:30 i was supposed to pick up by 8:16 ive been here since 8:10, not to mention everytime i go through the drive through during night shift the lemon freeze is never frozen i’ve came multiple nights on multiple different days. my main problem is the night shift at this place. do better popeyes.

The last 3 times I’ve visited this location, my order was screwed up. It’s almost comical at this point. Bone-in wings were boneless, sauce was wrong, red beans and rice was just rice, ghost pepper chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese was just a spicy chicken sandwich (no bacon, no cheese, no ghost pepper sauce), and neither time did I receive the sauces I paid for on the app. If you have a very simple, very hard to mess up order, then you may be fine going here.

Ordered thru the drive thru and waited for 20 mins. When we get home we figured out that they gave us 3 wings instead of the chicken breasts we ordered. Definitely not satisfied with the service.

On 1/4/2025 i went tho the Berea, KY store ordered a 16 piece family meal. When I got home I opened up the 2 boxes I received and found that though I did get 16 pieces of chicken, 8 of them were wings 3 were drumsticks and the rest were thighs. On top of this half of the order was classic the other half was spicy. I ordered spicy. Apparently the workers didn't feel like making more to film my order. The chicken I did receive did not taste right. I would have taken it back if I didn't live 30 minutes away. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the food and the food that was recived
Ordered food for dinner for me and a friend, a spicy sandwich combo with Mac and Cheese, and a 12 piece wing. They told me to park and wait after taking payment and they would bring it out. More than twenty minutes later I go inside to get it because of the wait time and I didn't want to leave my car running for too long, and eventually got my food. The wings were very old, dried out, and tough with hardly any sauce, and the chicken sandwich was undercooked/rubbery. I didn't feel safe finishing it.

Ordered 2 $6 deals and a ghost pepper sandwich. Asked for ghost pepper sauce on the side because it was for my daughter-we didn’t know how hot it would be for her. Sandwich came with sauce on it- I gave the $6 chicken back because it was hard and dried up. I asked for an additional wing and an additional leg freshly cooked ( for my daughter) who couldn’t eat the sandwich and a replacement for mine. I was charged more than $6 for the chicken even though I handed it back and only received the chicken for my daughter- which he said he was giving me a discount for (10%) but didn’t replace the food I handed back🥱🤯 NEVER AGAIN.

Stay away. I have frequented this restaurant since it opened. Nice place, but literally every visit was bad. I have ordered the family pack several times, with mixed results. These jokers always pack at least 4 little bitty wings into the pack, and short you on the prime pieces.

We stopped here on our way to Lexington. We went in to use the bathroom but got food to go. There was a young lady with dark hair that was amazing!! She had the best customer service. I haven’t seen that in a while so we really appreciated it. My mamaw talked about how nice she was after we left. Anyway, the restaurant was clean. The food was great!
