I recently went through the drive-thru at Sonic here in Berea, and the worker named Eddi (found on receipt) was outstanding. From the moment I pulled up, Eddi greeted me with a friendly and welcoming attitude. He listened carefully to my order and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. When I had questions about the menu, Eddi was patient and gave really helpful recommendations. His quick and efficient service made the whole drive-thru experience smooth and easy. Eddi’s positive attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference. Overall, he provided excellent customer service that made my visit memorable.

I can go to any other Sonic and the onion rings be good the Berea Sonic I have asked multiple times to undercook my onion rings they are always black and hard and I wish I could take a picture of my onion rings and my chili dog the chili dog has barely any chili and only like 10 pieces of cheese on it

I ordered on the app for a med cherry slushy with nerds. I have waited 10 mins past the expected time. It's was already melted and the girl was rude. I asked for a new one and she literally snatched the cup and straw from my hand. No apologies at all.

I ordered a smash burger and tots! The tots were extra excellent as always! The burger would have been better if they knew what a smash burger actually was! It wasn't really a smash burger as it was missing the good sear on both sides of the burger. Instead, I got a greasy burger mess. ....the tater tots were wonderful! Customer service was great, very friendly!

Interesting Sonic with inside and outside seating. I think the young man at the register was new. Slow but he did fine. The other worker was very rude to him in front of customers. Bathroom was cleaning but had no toilet paper or paper towels.

I normally love sonic but tonight I got tater tots and Mozzarella sticks. But I don’t understand how am I going to get tater tots that are fresh and “HOT” but my mozzarella sticks are going to be ICE cold.!.!.Could do better Sonic.!.

It would have been better if when I ordered through the app almost an hour ahead of time that it came out on time as well as it being hot instead of overhearing them say in the kitchen just tell them it just came out and apologize for the wait.
