My first time ever ordering at a sonic. I ordered online, I pulled into the stall and told them I ordered ahead and gave a name. I waited 30 minutes in my car until I finally went inside. I've heard that Sonic can take a while. Then I waited inside at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone finally came up to me and I asked them what's a normal wait time and what's the status of my order. They told me they lost my ticket and offered no sort of apology or anything. I've worked in restaurants and the first thing I would have said was, so sorry that happened, we can get that remade for you. Instead they gave me food that's been sitting there for probably 25 minutes. They have cameras and can see my car has been sitting here for 30 minutes and no one has delivered anything to my car. First and last time I'll go to Sonic. Oh well. š¤· Edit: I went home and went to eat it and it was cold so I got a refund with their online customer service. I've never lived close by a sonic before so I was excited to try it but I won't be back again. Also not to mention every worker in that place should have taken and passed their food safety courses and would have known they LEGALLY are not supposed to serve old chicken/meat. Whoever owns this place should make their employees all redo their foodsafe tests.

Their chicken sandwich is always dry and room temperature like it's been sitting for a while, and they nuke it when ordered. Same with the tots. Blast is awesome!!

Went thru the drive thru, when we opened the burgers the buns were hard on the bottom like that had sitting for hours and they were cold! I asked for a Vanilla, cherry Coke Zero they put so much cherry in it was way to sweet and only could taste cherry! I would not come to this Sonic, we spent $25 and literally didnāt eat or drink our order! Very frustrating!

Iām absolutely horrified by what I just got in drive thru!!! When I say this is the worst drive thru experience Iāve had it still seems like an understatement! I waited 10 mins for a chili cheese wrap and it was slung together and a terrible mess! Iāve never ever been so disappointed! And on top of that it was cold!!! So what was yall doing???? I wish I could do 0 stars!!!!

This is the nicest Sonic I've ever seen. It has an indoor seating area which was clean and inviting (had a fireplace and Christmas decorations). The food was fresh, hot, and delivered to our table by the staff. And they have pickle fries on the menu now! My kid loves Sonic and I was so relieved to find one that still cared about customer service and quality.

Never the way it looks on the advertisement board. You order what shows on board. Then you get something that even is not close to the nice picture. Bad advertisement on some items. Sonic everywhere please serve what is shown.
Ordered a smashburger, 2 hamburgers and a kids meal. Cost $35.00. Will not go back to Sonic. What a rip off!

Very disappointed that my child who is a freshman in college (without a car) walked 25 minutes here last night arriving at 9:30 and tried to order at a walk up stall but was told they were only taking drive thru orders even though they saw people in the parking stalls being served. This is obvious DISCRIMINATION shame on you SONIC EMPLOYEES. You obviously need better training. If I could give this 0 stars I would.
Make sure you double check your bag for sauces and ketchup. Even after they ask what you want. Maybe if the employees weren't so busy yelling and dancing inside, they'd be able to pay attention to the orders better. And this isn't an isolated or one time thing either.

Sonic used to be my favorite place to get a bite to eat, today my nana and I went to grab a drink after doing some shopping we ordered 2 large drinks and a small fry and they charged $10.00!!! The menu says 1.99 for a large drink and 2.99 for a small fry. That would make the total 6.70 something before tax but I know the tax wasnāt 4 dollars worth they didnāt give us a receipt and the person working the drive through didnāt even put the money in the register. Really makes you wonder about the places we give our money to. We asked him if he was sure that was correct and just said yes and rolled his eyes didnāt even offer to break down the pricing or give us a receipt. I wonāt be going back. Also called the manager for further clarification and she didnāt care just told me āprobably taxā she should be able to tell me if it was correct or not they didnāt even give me the time of day!
