Ordered a sandwich with no tomato. The ticket on the sandwich received stated "no tomato". There were 3 large slices of tomato on the sandwich causing me to remove half of the toppings to get rid of the tomato and its juices.Legit, people who don't like raw tomato are a little insane about it, I admit. But it's gross and I don't even want to eat the sandwich now. Consider it like an allergy. People and pickles are the same way. You either love them or you hate them. Picking them off does not remove the flavor juices left behind. The flavor is the problem.Now there is no bacon or lettuce on my sandwich anymore because they were contaminated with the tomato.Please follow directions when a customer requests something.

I stopped buying drinks there because they charged $3.40 when Circle K across the street charges on .89 cents for a larger cup. I really like there Foot Long Chilli Cheese Coney's at $4.89 . I ordered one today and didn't ask for price at speaker because i didn't expect them to raise the price to $6.89. A $2.00 hike. I will enjoy this one but I just made my last Sonic Visit. I will make my own. SONIC YOU LOOSE

Worst food restaurant in Berea, Ky. Totally dry chicken stank like they hadn't changed the oil in weeks, onion rings totally trashed that wasn't food it looked like garbage, and I think it's better to ask for a glass of ice as a drink because that's what they do fill the glass with ice and just let it go look out your drink that ends in a flash

Hate that if ya have a truck or large vehicle. Ya can't park and eat. Ya have to go in or drive thru. Takes away from the atmosphere that it use to promote.

I always have a pleasant experience eating at Sonic. Workers are always friendly and food is alwaya delicious. My only 2 complaints is the stalls are to small and they need to cook the hotdogs a different way.Parking: Very few parking spots and very few and very small stalls make it hard for people with bigger vehicles to find somewhere to park at.
We got the chili cheese frito burritos, they were a waste of money for what little we got. The Fritos were extremely stale!
