Stood in line since 3AM to get the new teddy bear cup, for my wife. was the first in line and before the GM unlocked the door, she let an employee buy it. I asked for her boss phone number and she wrote down hers, I know this because I called and it was of course her. 0 stars won't be back

The egg pesto mozzarella sandwich was very tough as if it had been microwaved too long. The spinach feta wrap is an item I usually order and this one was just a little tough. Timing was a bit longer than I’m used to. There was a long drive-thru line and a line building inside also. I waited about 12 minutes for my coffee order. My drink was half decaf and half dark roast with room for cream. When it was finally ready I opened the lid to find cream had been added to the rim. It spilled onto the counter. I returned to order a replacement that was ready in 60 seconds and I added cream to my desired density. Obviously there is a communication problem between the order taker and the drink fulfillment person. I have experienced this problem occasionally at other Starbucks locations. Atmosphere was comfortable with decent seats and tables. Music was a tad too loud.

I stop by here every day almost and the employees are friendly and helpful if something is not right. I think thir baristas make good drinks, and they are pretty quick about taking your order and normally I don't wait in the drive-thru long at all. I recommend this Starbucks
