February 26, 2024 at 1:20pm I had a front row seat for the most embarrassing thing to ever witness from a manager of a business. The manager of this store berated a Door Dasher and yelled and demanded that this person sit instead of stand waiting for the order than proceeded to call Door Dash and started lying and making up stuff to try to get this person in trouble. This was a very unwelcoming atmosphere and made all uncomfortable that witnessed this. Someone needs to fire this manager as she has made sure I among others will not be back. By the way I left without ordering as others did also.

Food has always been good but today was the best. There was a Hispanic lady that made me and my child's sandwiches. She made the best sandwich I ever had there. She put the right amount of sauce where it didn't drip everywhere. She did an awesome job! I don't know her name but she's awesome.

The kids that work here are evil little brats. I was in line to order when a bigger old lady limped inside in a hurry to use the restroom. They laughed and made fun of her as she passed and she later left in tears.I just left without ordering. How can people be so cruel to others? I will never in my life come here again.

The employees there are always friendly, willing to chat if they have a few minutes, and very attentive to what you're ordering. The ingredients are always fresh. One of my favorite places to go when I want some "clean" eating.

Vegetarian options: I myself am not a Vegetarian, however looking at their menu while waiting in line or while my food is being prepared I've noticed that they seem to have a lot of choices for a vegetarian preference.

Kid-friendliness: While they may not offer kids meals in the fashion that other restaurants do, there is something that they are more open to, and that's letting the kids order for themselves including what they like on their sandwich or pizza and their likes of other foods as they chatter.

The lady with dark hair was rude and got smart with me because we where standing in the front of the restaurant due to it being small and croweded and having no room in the back to get in line until some people moved. Treated me like I was stupid for standing there and waiting patiently. Mind you we wasn't in anyone's way, I was also trying to read the menu because I have bad vision and have to look at letters from a distance. I just left because why would I let someone so disrespectful and rude make my food. She was the heavy set woman.

Ordered online and can say it is consistent with incorrect orders. Not the 1st time it's happened. Messed up both subs today. One added mayo to a steak & cheese ?. I'm allergic to mayo due to the eggs. I was told that it is company policy that if the order is online and is made exactly how the order stated, they do not replace or refund the food. I asked for a replacement. The employees in store are great but that Company policy has made me re-evaluate where I may go in the future. I guess there's no such thing as a customer being right anymore and an absolutely ridiculous Company policy IMO. In hindsight I'll just pay full price in store for something I can eat other getting discounted online orders that go straight to the garbage.

Only one employee had the attitude needed for this kind of job and she was amazing. Madam with glasses and dredds you're amazing every other employee is sour to the core ad deserve absolutely anything but this job. Rude crude and totally socially unacceptable.
