Everything is day old… veggies as well as bread’s

I went in there at 8 pm on a Friday evening. They closed at 9 so, they still had an hour to be open. We walked in there and I told them I needed eight subs. At first, the girl looked at me and said “ Six subs oh my gosh”, And then I corrected her and told her no it was eight. Then she went in to tell me that usually orders like that are done online first and then we just come to pick them up so that way it’s not so much to do in the store. I explained to her that I did try to place it online however, the site kept kicking me off. And then I apologize for coming in an hour before closing. When I was ordering the subs (In mind you, I spent $90 on this one order) They told me that they did not have any more ham or salami. They only had enough steak to make 16 inch and they didn’t have any chicken or shredded chicken or rotisserie chicken and they didn’t have any meatballs. Basically, all I could get was veggie or turkey. I asked them if they had anything in the back because I used to work at Subway when I was a teenager So I know that their meat comes pre-sliced, and it’s just in packages in the walk-in. The girl looked me in the eye and said no they don’t have anything in back that they could pull out because they didn’t have a chance to stock and move things over yet. So we to avoid an argument I just got all turkey sandwiches. The veggies were slimy that went on the sandwiches, They didn’t put the correct amount of turkey on it, And despite me being very polite, they acted like it was an extreme inconvenience us coming in there.
I could understand if I walked in with an order like that maybe 20 minutes before they close, but they still had an hour left to be open. So as I was checking out, I thanked them again and then I went to fill up my two drinks. While I was filling them up, the girl yelled from behind the counter “ The drinks that come with that are smalls” And she was very rude. I just looked at her and held up my cup and I said “ Yes ma’am I know this is what they are” And she didn’t say anything she just went back to doing whatever she was doing.
Bottom line is is that it is a business. It wasn’t 10 or 20 minutes before close. It was an hour before close.. If they were that low on items, And had no vegetables or meat in the back then they should have just closed the store. Instead, they chose to act like it was a burden to take our order. I won’t be going back to this one

Never been more frustrated in my life. Used the app, paid for food. They told me no ticket came through. The money came off my card but they said they couldn’t refund, or give me food. Nice. I paid for air. Idk what to tell you is not a response to someone that paid for food and shockingly expected to receive said food. We don’t really have anything to do with the app was what I was told. THEN STOP USING IT! Weird, I’ve ordered before. So 25.00 for nothing. Thanks Subway!!!!!! The manager will be in at 6 in the morning so that’s zero help to me now by the way. Management needs to do better, and I will either get my money back or the food I paid for. I have worked fast food and this is the stuff people got fired over and yet it keeps happening now. No wonder nobody works anymore. Idk what to tell ya. I do, give me the food I paid for.
We live too far away to return it I would. I paid for extra cheese on two of our subs and got zero cheese. Not happy.

Terrible service, no one respects you. Whole place is disgusting including the bathrooms, they don’t keep toilet paper in there. Should’ve wiped with the bread.

February 26, 2024 at 1:20pm I had a front row seat for the most embarrassing thing to ever witness from a manager of a business. The manager of this store berated a Door Dasher and yelled and demanded that this person sit instead of stand waiting for the order than proceeded to call Door Dash and started lying and making up stuff to try to get this person in trouble. This was a very unwelcoming atmosphere and made all uncomfortable that witnessed this. Someone needs to fire this manager as she has made sure I among others will not be back. By the way I left without ordering as others did also.

Food has always been good but today was the best. There was a Hispanic lady that made me and my child's sandwiches. She made the best sandwich I ever had there. She put the right amount of sauce where it didn't drip everywhere. She did an awesome job! I don't know her name but she's awesome.

The kids that work here are evil little brats. I was in line to order when a bigger old lady limped inside in a hurry to use the restroom. They laughed and made fun of her as she passed and she later left in tears.I just left without ordering. How can people be so cruel to others? I will never in my life come here again.

The employees there are always friendly, willing to chat if they have a few minutes, and very attentive to what you're ordering. The ingredients are always fresh. One of my favorite places to go when I want some "clean" eating.
Vegetarian options: I myself am not a Vegetarian, however looking at their menu while waiting in line or while my food is being prepared I've noticed that they seem to have a lot of choices for a vegetarian preference.
Kid-friendliness: While they may not offer kids meals in the fashion that other restaurants do, there is something that they are more open to, and that's letting the kids order for themselves including what they like on their sandwich or pizza and their likes of other foods as they chatter.
