My son got food poisoning from them. I called and asked to speak to the manager, who was who answered the phone. I told her how my son was in earlier and while some lady was making his sandwich he said the lettuce was old and brown and she continued to make his sandwich without missing a beat…….He even noticed that after they asked what meat and cheeses he wanted they put it on the counter then the sandwich not the paper or the board…..He was uneasy about eating it but trusted they kept the place clean and knew they have to have their food handlers license so it should be safe to eat……A few hours later he was vomiting and had diarrhea. She told me she had been there all day and no one had said anything all day and the lettuce was up to temp. I asked for her name. She REFUSED SEEEEVERAL TIMES to give it to me. Stating she’s had MANY issues giving out her name…I wonder why? I asked if she atleast had an alias she could give me and she STILL refused. She said the best she could do, bkuz she couldn’t do anything, was pass my info along and was TEY to have someone get ahold of me tomorrow. THIS IS DISGUSTING!!! I’ve never heard of ANY “manager” not giving out their name. Do NOT go here!!! They run a shady business and shady food.

We ordered 3 sandwiches and when getting home my wife was eatting hers and found a 6 inch hair in it. Made into the sandwich. She called back being very understanding and polite and they said they would give her a refund. Then they called back saying they need all 3 sandwiches brought back up there for a refund. Mind the fact we have driven all the way home called being understanding they messed up our sandwich and now not wanting to refund a sandwich with hair in it. Well here is the picture of the hair so they can believe it. We will not be going back to this location again would not recommend

I'm aclong time subway fan but this subway is terrible the vegetables were half frozen and I asked for double meat and did not get it asked him if he was sure that was double meat he assured me it was was going to let it go until he left standing to make another sandwich instead of taking my money so I waited a minute then walked out the store was incredibly dirty as well if I owned the place I would be embarrassed to let people see it

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I couldn't get the app to accept my payment and I went in and told them and they said they were happy to help. Let me read off tge app my order and went to work on it straight away. The restaurant was clean and they answered all my questions and even helped to decide to get a fountain drink or a bottled drink. Definitely will go back.

Absolutely disgusting. Just went in and the food and prep area were filthy. Cleaning solution sprayed on the counter right beside the sandwich. Staff was bothered I was there. Flies everywhere too. Turned around and left.

I recieved food poisoning and was asked to prove it was from this location it was all we ate I didn't even ask for a refund just that they make sure they take care of the situation so Noone else becomes sick!
Original post...My husband and I got 2 footlongs and a dorito nacho. We spend about $30. Which wasn't too bad. But we paid for a trip to the ER for food poisoning and 3 days of fighting over the restroom.you can't get ahold of anyone higher up.

Ordered a sandwich online, and got home it wasn’t made correctly. So I called. It took 3 times for someone to answer. They told me I could bring the sandwich back in to switch it out. Well I had thrown the half away and I told her I did. And she said it was fine to just bring in that half. So I paid for a foot long and got half a sub 🤦🏻‍♀️ moral of the story, if you order online before taking a bite make sure it’s right….

They forgot 2 of our sandwiches in our online order of 8. No biggie. I go back to ask for them, the girl at counter argued and sweared on her life that she made them. I said that’s great, can you please remake them because they aren’t there. She calls her manager, gets off the phone, asks me to the counter, so I walk up and say, yes Mam, she says, VERBATIM “Well, I don’t make mistakes like that, and my manager’s backing me up…because I’m a good employee, but to get you out of the store, I’m going to remake them, but your name and number and going next to the register so if you EVER try to pull this again, we’ll know.”

Obviously, I refused and walked out.

Clearly this location needs $12 more than I do. As a local business owner of 2 businesses. This is easily an offense that would be terminable. Of this employee and possibly the manager. Speed of the leader, speed of the pack.

Servers were quiet but efficient. Everything properly done. VERY IMPORTANT: I left without my Amex card. Server ran it to me in van. I am VERY GRATEFUL for that honesty.

Cant listen asked for one line of barbecue sauce and proceeded to go back and forth 5 times like thats alot of sauce people ! lazy super lazy…… treated my sandwich like a dog plate or pig slop, took a plastic container with cold clumps of meat and just plopped it on there it was slimy

The lady that made my sandwich was very nice however the other lad that made my daughter wrap/roll uo was rude I called it a wrap and I guess she thought I want a wrap when I said rollup she rolled her eyes and was not nice at all I would suggest going hear
