This is the second time! I cannot get a hold of you by phone and you do not answer! My son goes to your location all the time! Tonight he otfered 3 footlongs! ! I ordered a meatball marinara it was the worse i have had from your place! It was mostly bread with maybe 5 ( i tjink thst is stretching it) meatballs on the whole foot long with a smear of marinara did not hsve anything on the bottom and top no cheese like I asked for mostly onions green peppers and bread! Very poor excuse for a sub!

This has got to be the worst Subway in Madison county! They are always out of something. Even at Dinner time! There are two more in Berea. I will drive the extra two miles to get to (either) other one. Mgmt, sucks!
