Ordered my food online and drove up to the window. Got my drinks and food. Drove 15 mins home just to find my $20 order is wrong and burrito is chard burnt. Very disappointed with this experience!

I am probably over reacting but I am literally crying because they gave me the wrong food. I ordered and paid for what I wanted $21 and so many cents for the dip burritos, a quesadilla, grilled cheese burrito and drink. What I got was a $7 box. My child will not eat this. I waited in drive thru because I don’t want to go in or make dinner. It was a crap day and I just wanted something easy. I will just go to bed hungry and fix my child something to eat because traffic over there was a nightmare. And I didn’t get a receipt anyway. But I will rant about it here. The employees were super nice and it was super busy. I am just a fatty and this food was going to bring me a little joy today.

Refuse to accept app orders, well guess demolition man movie was wrong they will not survive an apocalyptic society. They are struggling with $10+ meal pricing

I have been to many Taco Bell‘s all over the US and this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. the food is cold. The beans are big lump dried up something no cheese on the nachos. This is the last time I will go to this Taco Bell ever I say this every time I go there but because I’ve always loved Taco Bell I keep going back. Why is it so bad?
This place can never get an order correct, had to ask for drinks and multiple items left off. Very rude workers, cussed me out when i asked for my food.

Ordered from here and my tacos were completely wet. Not condensation wet, but wet like it's been in contact with water or some other liquid. I called taco bell and the explanation that was given to me was because they were breaking down equipment... I'm sorry, but what?!? My tacos were in contact with breakdown fluids??? They then offered to replace it, but at this time of night (almost midnight) I'm good, I don't want no more of your breakdown watered down tacos. However, mid conversation, the phone just randomly hung up. Eat at this Taco Bell at your own peril.
It was 12:06 pm and they told me they had just opened and was going to have to wait a while because there was 5 door dash orders ahead of everyone. They also only had kiosks to order from and no one to take an order. Wife went through the drive thru and was told they weren’t taking any orders at that time due to trying to get things opened even though they had been open! Do not recommended this one!
