The food was over cooked, they did remedy the situation by cooking fresh. All workers friendly, and very helpful. The kiosk was backed up and they volunteered to take the order at the counter which is a big plus for me. No fault of the employees that, Unfortunately BK has changed some aspect of food like breading on fish and chicken nuggets, with less chicken and fish contained with in the items. The breading has less spices so without a sauce they are very bland. The facility was very clean. It was a nice quiet atmosphere. I would give a second chance if traveling through the area again, maybe sticking with a burger... at Burger King.

I used to never have a single issue with this location. The last 2 orders I’ve made were nothing but issues. When a person orders a burger with lettuce, tomato, and ketchup, they expect lettuce, tomato, and ketchup. Not pickle. Not a single END slice of tomato and a couple slivers of lettuce. What the hell??? Sat in that drive through for 15?? Minutes, mostly in front of the speaker with nobody speaking, then 5 (probably longer) in the restaurant for them to “fix” my burger while the rest of my food got cold. AFTER I ordered online, which is supposed to be quicker??? Not to mention, the lady I talked to trying to get my burger fixed kept interrupting me, assuming what the problem was. Listen when somebody speaks maybe. Sick of not getting what I pay for.

They decided to pressure wash the side walk right next to my truck and got algae on it. Not only that they pressure washed my bumper to get the algae off without my permission. The thing that got on my nerves so bad was that I just got done cleaning my truck after 5 hours and went to burger king to get some food👎🏻

Food was hot and tasty. Service was also school, said Hi, took order, not rushed, friendly and smiled! Store is spotless, so I bet the kitchen area is very clean.

Ordered $28 worth of food just for almost half of it to be missing. The "large" fry that i received was half empty, and two double cheeseburgers was missing. Fast food is way to expensive now to be missing items.

Went through drive thru on 11/29/24 around 7:38 pm. I ordered $69 worth of food. Got home and opened the food just to find out they recooked whatever food they had on hand and told me they freshly cooked everything. The chicken sandwiches were burnt, and the fries were double fried. Never in all my years of eating burger king have I tasted something like that. I was too tired to bring it back and ended up sick the next day. I will never go back for fear of getting crap food again. Please check your cameras and maybe do something about the employees that did that so it doesn't happen again.

edit: once again my order was incorrect. my bacon double cheeseburgers had no bacon. how is there always something wrong?
bacon king still only has one slice of cheese yet their ad picture shows 2. pretty sure that's false advertisment when its not a mistake and happens EVERYTIME. 1 star bk. never had issues with louisville bks
