Very clean and good service

No one was in here we ordered and 7 people came in behind us they already got there food yet we are still currently waiting for ours which is chicken just like 3 other orders that already got theirs ahead of us .. The employee says it was because the where switching to lunch but yet everyone behind us order chicken also and has been taken care of while we still wait!! I love Brandenburg but this is ridiculous

Ice Cream Cake Birthday

Love the biscuits and gravy.

Waited 10 minutes only car in the drive thru for cold food.

Can't/won't roll up a breakfast burrito. Today the meat was on the outside of the burrito.

oh my lord yall my pretzels were stale and cold and my hot fudge sundae didn’t have a top so it got all over my car.

Honestly, I just wanted to complain about how dumb it was to get into DQ instead of having a drive right off Brandenburg bypass like they used to have when I was young. But I cannot complain about anything else because of how freaking delicious everything is here at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Unbelievably tasty and I've Never gotten sick from it, unlike taco bell even tho I love taco bell it's given me food poisoning before.

Have been waiting 30 minutes for 3 ice creams. We are still waiting. I would not give any stars but I have to give at least one.
We asked after about 20 minutes and we were told that the drive through is priority. I understand that you need to keep the drive through moving but how can it take that long to make ice cream???
Especially after we watched multiple families come in and order food after us and still get their food before us. One of the families was even able to finish and leave before we received our ice cream. It end up taking about 32 minutes. This is unacceptable.

line. They weren’t able to even get one order out, gave up and left.

Normally, I don't have issues except when it comes to breakfast. Every time we order the biscuits/sasuage gravy, we hardly get any sasuage.

This morning was the worst it has ever been. We ordered 2 biscuit/sasuage gravy combos, 1 biscuit/sasuage gravy, 2 sides of sasuage gravy, and 2 twin packs (in case we once again don't get much sasuage). We asked for the sides of gravy to be on a separate order. We pulled over to check our food.

▪︎ The 2 sasuage gravy sides were just cups of plain gravy with no sasuage.
▪︎ We were missing BOTH hashbrowns.
▪︎ Open the 3 biscuit/sasuage gravy and again... PLAIN gravy, NO sasuage.
▪︎ Didn't separate orders despite being told she did.

We pull around and tell them at the speaker but now there are like 10 cars with more behind us and in lane 2. We waited far too long and finally, my husband tried to go inside.

Instead of offering to even replace the meals (because they'd all be cold) they gave him some whole sasuage patties. Okay, that's fine. They give him the hashbrowns.

We get home, start eating. Biscuits and gravy are cold, and the fresh hashbrowms we went in for were also cold and HARD.
