The little redhead at the window was rude! She’s my “niece” but doesn’t speak to me! She’s decided not to make eye contact to me as a customer. And she turned to her coworkers and said something about me because they all looked out at me smiling. That’s not appropriate for a business! If Adissyn is gonna be at the window she needs to be courteous to ALL customers.
Honestly, I just wanted to complain about how dumb it was to get into DQ instead of having a drive right off Brandenburg bypass like they used to have when I was young. But I cannot complain about anything else because of how freaking delicious everything is here at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Unbelievably tasty and I've Never gotten sick from it, unlike taco bell even tho I love taco bell it's given me food poisoning before.
When my grandson has a good week I treat him to a treat on Fridays, he is 4. We had ordered him a mini M&M blizzard. Service was bad, atmosphere was bad, staff wasn't friendly. On a good note, the regional manager was there and we spoke on the phone, he was very polite and agreed the situation was handled wrong.
