Honestly, I just wanted to complain about how dumb it was to get into DQ instead of having a drive right off Brandenburg bypass like they used to have when I was young. But I cannot complain about anything else because of how freaking delicious everything is here at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Unbelievably tasty and I've Never gotten sick from it, unlike taco bell even tho I love taco bell it's given me food poisoning before.
When my grandson has a good week I treat him to a treat on Fridays, he is 4. We had ordered him a mini M&M blizzard. Service was bad, atmosphere was bad, staff wasn't friendly. On a good note, the regional manager was there and we spoke on the phone, he was very polite and agreed the situation was handled wrong.
We were helped today, there was a small misunderstanding and the manager and team member were quick to get it resolved. We will continue to utilize this location as often as we can due to their clean location and friendliness of the staff.
