Wish they still had the buffet, but the food is on par with KFC standards. The only thing is the amount of plants around the front counter and dirt on the counter from them.

Thought with a new building the food would be better. I was wrong, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me because the workers were smoking. No Mac n cheese. Got up charged 2 dollars for wanting two breasts, got home 5 minutes away. Chicken was slathered in grease and ice cold, Cole slaw was dry as a desert. Will not be returning ever again. Do not recommend. Go right next door to burger King for better hotter food at a better price.

Let me just say this was by far THE WORST DINNER I'VE EVER TAKEN HOME TO MY FAMILY. I DROVE 40 minutes one way for this dinner. It was a waste of my money and time. The potatoes were old and not even stirred properly. The biscuits were so hard they couldn't be eaten. There was no gravy for our potatoes. The chicken wasn't good either. A complete fail KFC in Brandenburg ky the manager needs to get the kids in line maybe if they cared about their food they all wouldnt be running around playing giggling and running one after the other outside the back door by the drive thru. Just a big let down.

Came in with a bad stomach, and there was no toilet paper.I asked them to supply the bathroom, and waited as long as could. They didn't bother.So I bought some in the convenience store.The KFC employees never did a thing.

We've given this KFC location SEVERAL chances to redeem themselves to no avail. First time they were OUT of chicken. With the inventory shortage we understood. 2nd time we waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for bloody chicken. 3rd time they wouldn't cook more chicken at 7pm cause they close at 9. 4th and final time my husband waited 25 minutes and got ReFried Leftover chicken. I don't know if the people are incompetent or the management just doesn't care. Why I'm the hell are you building a new one for this kind of service or food?????

We ordered a 12 piece family meal called ahead so we have fresh hot food. Lady said give her 45 minutes we did. I live 2 miles from store got it home wasn't fresh or hot. Some of the nastiest food ever gotten. Won't eat there again!!!!!
