Came to this area around 1:20 pm. As soon as I entered, I waited for about 4 minutes to take my order, and when my food came out, the chicken was already tore up, and the biscuit was hard. The bathroom had a light flashing and the door was loose. Probably won't return to this location.

Was there today about 140 pm. Like to never got waited on. Food wasn't what ordered and was old. Biscuit was hard as a rock. As I'm setting there eating a lady comes out doing trash. Takes bag of trash out and set it right by me and the wall. All I could smell was trash.

I just went through the drive thru and the young lady taking orders is very impatient and rude I didn't have a huge order it was six items and we must have gone over the order 5 times and her making it seem like every item was a bother I definitely don't recommend this kfc

Took my money wouldn't refund me marked my order as picked up didn't get any food as they was out of chicken!! As always and wouldn't give my money back worst customer service ever
I honestly wouldn’t even rate this with 1 star if I didn’t have to. A few minutes before 9pm on 05/01/2025 I pulled to the drive-thru speaker. Moments later I was created with, “we’re not serving some of our menu items at this time.” I said, “ok, what are you not serving?” The young lady then asked what I was wanting. I told her the spicy chicken & nugget big box. The manager then came over the speaker and offered to sub the filet on my sandwich for tenders. She stated that the filet and nuggets need to be cooked so there would be a wait time. I told her that I was ok with waiting. She continued to offer subs so I asked her how long the wait would be. It was 11 mins on the filet and 4 mins on the nuggets. Ok, I’m cool with that🤷♀️I assured them I prefer fresh items anyway so I don’t mind waiting. I got to the window and did not get a greeting so of course I’m trying to see what the young ladies name tag says. After paying she asks me to pull around. My food came out about 15 mins later so that was great considering it was cook-to-order. However, I realized after leaving the window that I wasn’t handed a receipt or asked if I needed sauces. The young lady brought these things back out to me where I then realize her name is Kyndal. Kyndal def doesnt have very good customer service skills. The sandwich was a mess but the kid still liked it so that’s a plus. I’m honestly just trying to figure out why 4 of the last 5 times I’ve been to this location there have been issues with the order, short staff, and no available menu items. What’s going on with this location? I think you need to look into this KFC. You can’t keep people and are t getting customers for a reason and it’s starts at the top. Oh, I forgot to mention that the lobby was also closed BEFORE 9pm!

If I could give less than one star I would. How does a chicken place NEVER have chicken. We came tonight 10/31/24 at 7:00 pm and was informed that they have no chicken of any kind and orders would be over 30 min for anything. This has happened the last 4 times we’ve come here.
