Poor customer service. Especially after being on hold for 10 minutes about an order that was placed an hour prior not being ready for the dasher. Attitude and tone needs work first of all. Then when the manager gets involved, they have to hunt down the ticket just to say “oh, it’s burnt” and “we’ll throw in another one” then hangs up on me. Like what? No system, or at least a broken system at best. I get “being slammed”, it’s not the first time in history a business has “been slammed” though. Everyone gets busy. Time management skills come in handy- if you got them that is. Ridiculous Just got the order and it isn’t even right- great job guys 👏🏼

In a rush, I just went in there the other day and these pizza fans made me the best Little Caesars I've ever had in 18 whole minutes. The absolute best.
They foolin around on Customer Service: They have it in droves. I said I want All the Mushrooms on a deep dish pie. She said Triple? I said Hwut, I didn't even know there was such a thing, and I've been mangin on Lil Caesar since about 1989. She's like Yeah. I said, Well, I want that and then some. She's like, Extra Cheese? I'm like, really? This Lady Manager was All dot Over It. She's, oh yeah, you'll want it with all the mushrooms I'm boutta throw at you. Let's do it.
A smoke or two later, and I have best pie Little Caesar has ever made in nearly four decades of enjoying this goodness.
Lady nailed it. $21 out the door with my Mountain Dew. Amazing crew, terrific management, and I always meet a kind and friendly soul when I stop st this place.
Deep dish waaay worth it. Thank y'all.

Every time I pull up here to the one in Brandenburg KY I end up waiting...Nothing Hot & Ready ever. I waited a hr one time. And I won't do that ever again!!! And just come again today to pick up an order and it's a 15 minute wait. Never fails. I will not ever order from there again!!

I would leave zero stars if I could. I waited for 45 minutes only to be told my plain cheese pizza i ordered and paid for had not gotten sent to the back to be made. Not once did they offer any accommodation aside from getting started on it then or a refund. I will not be returning to this location

Food was just horrible, soggy, barely any of the bread it was beyond thin, falling apart, barely any toppings, pizza was almost cold, the only thing halfway decent was the breadsticks huge disappointment
I went to the drive thru, even though I saw someone at the counter. They ignored me, so I drove around, parked and got out as the customer came out, and went to go inside. They locked the door behind them. I got back in my car and went back to the drive thru and asked if they were closed or not. Just the lobby, which I just watched someone walk out of, but they also had nothing ready to eat besides crazy bread and wings 45 minutes before closing, so I left without food anyway. This is literally the worst Little Caesars in the area. The last 2 times I got food here, the pizza was undercooked, and I had to put it in the oven at home for a few minutes, and had to recut it myself. Last time for me. I'll eat somewhere else from now on, or buy a frozen pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas with cheese sauce, both were made with marinara. If we wanted regular cheese pizza we could've got a frozen one and made it ourselves and it would've tasted better than what we paid for at Little Caesars.

I travel a lot and eat pizza all along the way . This is the worst place to order pizza . I tried to order from them twice . Both times was around 8:35-8:40 pm . They kept me on hold until 9 pm . Then answered and said they closed at 9 pm . Whom ever manages during that time . Needs fired . Take my advice and order from papa John's or dominoes . At least they will appreciate your business.
