I went here while My 5 year old son and my 8 year old daughter was at school. My Husband Greg and I also went here with my 3 year old son Liam and daughter Addison for breakfast today. They said they loved their McMuffin.

The cleanest McDonald's I have been to for a long time. You couldn't ask for better service and the food was cooked perfectly. I usually don't stop at McDonald's except for a coffee now and then, and a frappe when on a trip, so was I shocked when someone opened the door for me and offered to carry my food to the table for me. The ladies working there were so nice. I loved my experience there, I don't live in Brandenburg, KY, but if I did I would drop by here on a regular basis. Try for yourself, and you will be very glad you did. I will probably make an excuse to return to Brandenburg , the people here seem so great, Gil

I seen frozen food being left on the sidewalk for hours today. When I asked about it, it was still being served.

Zipped through the drive thru until it was time for my food. It shouldn't take an additional 10 minutes to get a Quarter Pounder and fries. Unacceptable. It's not like I got any kind of special order.

This location is horrible! I was missing two large fries from my order so I went inside. No one was at the register but 3 workers laughing and joking near the fries. One made I contact with me but still no acknowledgment I’m at the register. Finally a worker cleaning the tables and tending to the trays stopped what she was doing to help me this is just one of many other negative experiences. Management needs to retrain the workers

I got chicken and it was good, but it looked like it was double dipped,if you know, you know. It's a thing restaurants may do, to save chicken,redip'it, Never as good the second time. Fry's where right.
