Ordered 3 pizzas with estimated delivery of 8:05 to 8:15. It arrived at 845, was left outside in the cold. they texted it was left. it was cold and tasted like it had sat for awhile. Spent 75.00 dollars for crappy pizza. very disappointed.

I phoned in an order,arrived to pick it up. After waiting 10 minutes while the employee talked on the phone with his manager,I tell him why I am there,he brings my order,I pay with my card. He folds the receipt in half and ask me to sign, I said I paid debit not credit, his reply was so I can't contest the charges. Well subway next door did not ask for signature

Everything is good the food the atmosphere and the service when you speak directly to the store but the call center absolutely sucks. What’s the point in calling the stores number if you get sent to a call center and can’t understand what the person on the other line is saying

Ordered a "Shaq-A-Roni" pizza. Description states "Extra cheese and extra pepperoni on an extra large New York style pizza cut into 8 oversized, foldable slices." When we opened the box, there was NO pepperoni, and barely any cheese. We called to let them know they messed up our order, and the manager stated "Oh, I didn't hear your wife say she wanted pepperoni", my husband said "Well, the name ends in 'Roni', and it says it comes with pepperoni." Their reply- "Well you can order it with just cheese." SERIOUSLY?!?!?!!?

Papa John should be ashamed of how much they charge for subpar pizza. I asked for mushroon and onion added to a pepperoni. I got 5 mushrooms and maybe 3 onions. I know i got charged for it. It's been a while since I had papa johns. Now I know why. Just gross and a waste of money.

Absolutely awful food and customer service. Pizza took an hour to get here, it was cold to the touch. No garlic butter in either pizza, or breadsticks. Breadsticks were way overcooked. No pepperonis on my pizzas either. Barely any cheese or sauce on the pizzas, my kids wouldn't even eat it. Overall pretty disgusting and I don't ever write bad reviews for anything. My husband called to ask for a refund and all she did was defend their nasty food, and offer a free meal. Like we would ever want to eat there again lol. If I could give this place a zero, I would.
