The pizza was delivered with a huge spot lacking any sauce or cheese and was extremely dry. It even looked like someone put a thumbprint in on one of the other slices. Why would anyone allow a pizza that looked so horrible leave the building and be served to a customer. Management offered to "owe" me a free pizza if I called in an order in the future. This isnt the first time I have had problems at this location. I will make the drive to a different location in the future.

So far we had a good experience with this Papa John's. So long as they keep in-house delivery guys who know the surrounding neighborhoods, we should have no problems!

DO NOT order from this location! Scammers!!!!! We just had our Oder delivered and the food, great as always. Here’s the problem My bf payed cash bc I was sleeping. I notice he didn’t give me enough change. I asked what happened and he said “she said my total was $25. I gave her $40. She gave me $15 back. I gave her a $5 tip”. Only problem? My order was $20.64!!!!!! I call up there bc truth is we’ve ordered here many times but always paid credit card NEVER cash until today so I tip on my card. Well I speak with the manager even telling her I want NOTHING from them other than for her to know what their employee is doing. She makes it very clear she don’t care. She interrupts me and tell me “I’ll talk to her when she gets back” really???? You have someone basically conning your customers and that’s all you will do bc “she’s only worked there 2 days” it’s ok for her to scam ppl??????? Again I repeat DO NOT order from this location if you do make sure to use your card so they can’t do to you what they did to us. Between tip and delivery fee $16 to have a $20 order delivered!!!!!!!

Cursing like sailors who just got to Port. Even saw a mouse run across the floor, NASTY!!! Not a single person was even in the right uniform, take ypur money elsewhere!! Instead of the 25 - 30 minutes delivery time I was told it turned into well over an hour when I called said it would be even longer... No explanation.. Just said sorry!

Absolutely awful food and customer service. Pizza took an hour to get here, it was cold to the touch. No garlic butter in either pizza, or breadsticks. Breadsticks were way overcooked. No pepperonis on my pizzas either. Barely any cheese or sauce on the pizzas, my kids wouldn't even eat it. Overall pretty disgusting and I don't ever write bad reviews for anything. My husband called to ask for a refund and all she did was defend their nasty food, and offer a free meal. Like we would ever want to eat there again lol. If I could give this place a zero, I would.
I get that I can't realistically expect to buy what I see in the advertisement, but seriously, look at the Buffalo wing bites on the website. Wheres the sauce? The seemingly good nature of the staff pardoned a well deserved 1 *
