Please explain why you do not accept Subway branded coupons at a Subway branded restaurant. Also, the prices at this location are typically 25-30% higher than other locations in the area for the same exact items... why? The Google reviews are all the same, address them.

Dad got food poisoning from his Baja chicken sandwich. And man, the price of a mediocre sub at best was outrageous. We won't be going back to this location. I wish there was a great sub shop around. 😢

Make the drive to Irvington. The bread will be fresher, the order will be done on time and you can use subway coupons. The subs we got last night were dry, over mayo and basically tasted like crap. Not to mention we ordered 3 hours early and still waited 15 min. to make them.

My husband and daughter went to subway today 1/24/25 and I wanted my sandwhich on flatbread and I wanted it TOASTED. and I wanted it toasted such that it was a little crispy on the edges. This lady refused to toast a sandwich that WE PAID FOR. Something about it would not be flatbread if it’s toasted. What?? I wanted it how I wanted it. So we brought it home and my husband toasted it in my home toaster oven. Of course had to take off the veggies first but ended up being the best sandwich from subway ever. Would have been perfect had they toasted it there like we asked. Why would you not? Makes no sense that she refused to toast my bread!!

Employees acted as if us coming in was a bother, asked if it was free cookie day they said never heard of that woman employee said I don’t think we do that anymore. All of the tables were dirty. If you don’t like your job find a different one.

I placed an online order of 2 sandwiches and ended up with 3 that WERE’NT even mine. So I drove back to town and brought the food back. (Mind you there’s 2 kids working) and got my sandwiches remade without even a ā€œI’m sorryā€ or ā€œlet me get that right for youā€ nothing!!! They were silent the whole time besides bickering and fighting with each other! Very unprofessional! They need to get an adult/ manager in there on night shift!!

Stood in the subway behind 3 sets of people ordering food for 15 minutes and still hadn’t got to me, 2 workers just stood there and watched the third worker take 5 minutes to put meats on the bread.

Hours are till 9:30 PM and yet they're closing 30+ minutes early. If there's an issue or emergency, it takes little effort to tape a sign up for the sudden hours change. Otherwise is just lazy.

Horrible service had $26 in cash bill was $27 refused to break $100 bill some old lady got angry cause I wanted add more vegetables to my sandwich slams her hand in my sandwich like a child. By the WAY THERE WAS NO DAM SIGN STATING YOU DONT BREAK $100 Your service is garbage if don't want to work for Public then quit your job grandma.
