How is this okay? 1st, didn't get the cinnamon twists we ordered, failed to read mobile order correctly when it comes to ice and micing up box items. Asked if fries could be fresh. Didnt even get a whole box that was paid for. They were hardly warm, still cold in the middle. Majority of small bits are hard and aren't edible. I've never had this big of an issue at Taco Bell. What happened???

For a fast food chain that is apost to be fast it sure is slow, I wouldn't recommend anyone eat at this location often at night as it's usually not worth the wait

Tried to place an order for a meal for 2 and price changed dramatically for brandenburg. I will never go here again if they are going to price gouge. Here are photos of the same meal but different locations.

Noel was so wonderful and really showed us hospitality. She worked hard to keep the restaurant clean and was so friendly. Good food and fast service. The world needs more people like Noel!

Nice folks but when the items have the words “beef”, “chicken”, or “steak” in the title, it should actually have some. In 3 combo items I had the amount of beef in a typical taco. A lettuce taco isn’t really that great to be honest.

The only thing I did not like here was one of the workers standing in the lobby watching all of us eat. Also, we have to use the kiosk ourselves. I'm not sure why he couldn't just take our order. We had to pay him in cash anyway.

Hard tacos were so soggy you couldn't eat them. Ordered a quesodilla cantina go a regular one, ordered bean burrito no onion, what do ya know? ONION.
Food was good atmosphere was clean and appealing but I hate feeling like I’m pressured to use the tablet to order, so the staff that gets paid to take the orders can stand around and talk to the customers all day, while they refuse to take my order at the counter
