Anglin’s Hog Pen Restaurant & Sunset Drive In

They had a fish special. We had 5 orders of the fish special and it took well over an hour to receive our food. Fish came out room temp. They had to make Cole slaw and tartar sauce because they were out. Best part was the hush puppies. This was our first time, can’t say we’ll be back. Staff and owner didn’t seem concerned about our wait or situation.

Have been here on several occasions, months apart, and every time i’m more disappointed. Unfortunately after this last time and i will not be back. Pizza was lacking,I ordered a blt and got a grilled cheese which the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way, slaw was warm. My partner ordered a burger and got a pulled pork sandwich instead. After my partner put his order they ended the ticket and we had to wait for someone to check on us to add what i wanted. Drinks were 3/4 of the way full with tons of ice. Overall super disappointed so i wouldn’t waste your hard earned money here.

Ribs in my opinion were probably better cold... but food was good.

Turkey and Swiss sandwich was great. Others enjoyed the ribs. Pizza is one of the best in Rockcastle. Cool restaurant with neat decor. Haven't been to the drive-in yet but hope to go soon. Server was very friendly and helpful. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Drove from Richmond, to try the food with the family. We enjoyed the food and the prices. Wish we could have stayed for the movie

The hog pen is the most best place to eat at! Good salads,burgers,fries,and more! They have really good workers and a clean restaurant i recommend coming here! (Please visit!)

This place has a great atmosphere and service is good.. but no brisket.. and that’s the number one reason I go to a BBQ joint but the pulled pork was good so I recommend it .

Love their food! Only suggestion would be to get a better beef patty. Its still good but that would take it over the top
